He gets so much fucking wrong in this video. Jayztwocents did an insertion test of 12V cables and found that even after dozens of uses, you don't necessarily reduce the capabilities of the cables. In his testing, they even did a little better after reuse:

Linus also tries to say it's the add-in-board partners fault for not separating/monitoring the rails. No you dumb fuck, it's literally in the PCI 12V spec that all the pins get soldered to the same plane on the PCI card!! The ROG Astral is the only card that has individual pin monitoring and it literally breaks the spec to do it.
Derbauer did have a cable melt situation that was from an old cable (not sure which video he covered it in), but his coverage of the Seasonic PSU was way better than LTTs in every possible way:
