Trump Enslavement Syndrome - Orange man good. /r/The_Donald and any public demonstration of rabid pro-Trump enthusiasm in spite of all reason.

Winebox Papi is another piece of shit Trump supporter obsessed with all things gay
With that man jewelry and the way he uses animated hand gestures when he talks I suspect the reason Winebox Papi is wanting to return the word faggot to popular vernacular so he can be called that loudly as he's chopped out in an airport bathroom. That way it is only a sex crime and not also a hate crime.

I haven't kept up with this story. Tell me they weren't trying to say the obv overlaid interpretative text is the tattoos? Am I missing something or was this situation actually this stupid?

Related to the bait and switch and how people thought they were just voting against the ridiculous democrats, I'd say they're letting it all hang out at this point. Essentially they don't care if you know this is all a big fake stupid show. All of it.

You get two effects this way:

#1. you keep your most fervent, Idiocracy-level MAGAs who will do and say anything bought in and rabid. The cult. Just enough demoralization to make them angry, just enough energization to keep them focused elsewhere. Polarization and theatrics.
#2. anyone with half a brain with any level of skepticism or curiosity gives up on democracy. No, not Democrats democracy. I mean legit democracy or republic forms of government.
What Trump supporters argued was the obviously overlaid text was just an interpretation of what the tattoos meant and so it'd be unreasonable to say the photo was photoshopped or edited because no one would be dumb enough to believe the text was really tattooed onto the guy.

But then Trump did an interview where he very angrily defended the idea that there was no text added and that there was nothing to interpret, the text of MS13 was just tattooed directly in Helvetica font onto the guy's knuckles.

But the interview of Trump's got a lot of attention and was getting talked about everywhere like on Jon Oliver's show since it made Trump look completely out of touch with reality.

So it really did get just that stupid. It's why Swalwell was trying to make the point in the hearing that the text was added and try to get Noem to agree it was added. It's really an emperor's new clothes situation where no one can call out Trump's odd comments for what they are since it'd immediately get them cast out of Trumpian circles.

In other news, Trump got blocked by the Supreme Court again and notably had everyone he appointed vote against his attempt to deny deny process to migrants. SCOTUS ruled they could still use other lawful authorities to remove the migrants. Alito and Thomas dissented, not based on the due process issues, but focusing more on things like jurisdiction.

Sparked a predictable reaction from Trump which probably won't help with the argument that he was genuinely trying to respect the rights to due process of all those involved.

It is at least a little refreshing seeing the White House treat this as them actually losing rather than make a strange argument for how they ackshually won again.

Edit:

Also probably worth noting that they referenced the Abrego Garcia case and how the US wants to see these people indefinitely detained, so just giving 24 hours notice "surely does not pass muster".

I can't help but imagine that if they skipped trying this indefinite detention then the courts may have let up and generally let them use the AEA to deport people expeditiously.

Why are Trumptards the easiest to bait into saying retarded shit?
Because they are fueled entirely by resentment. These people are willing to get fucked into the dirt if they think there is a remote possibility some libtard out there might suffer. They don’t care that their situation gets worse, they just care that their enemies might get fucked over too.
MOST Americans? Not by a long shot.

No, his first term sucked too. He was almost as loony then as he is now. The difference is that he had qualified people in his Cabinet who did a reasonable job at keeping him in check (until he fired them, anyway). Now it's just a free-for-all of incompetent, unqualified sycophants.

His response to COVID was abysmal. The vaccine was developed not because of Trump, but in spite of him. Faucci needed full-time security because he was receiving so many death threats from Trump's cult. I never had much use for Pence (still don't), but at least he made sure the COVID task force kept moving forward and certified the 2020 election, while Trump was having toddler tantrums on Twitter.
His second term is playing out very closely to his first term. Makes a bunch of big moves that all get struck down or fails, Congress refuses to play along, and in the end he just has tantrums on social media while the government just ignore everything he says. Just a reminder to TES dorks that the Department of Defense said in their final months of his first that they deliberately ignored Trump’s directions and there was jack shit Trump could do about it. He just impotently flailed about.

To be clear, nobody who has a future beyond 2028 is going to stick their neck out for Trump. Trump has already proven that loyalty is a one way street. When the chips are down, Lil Marco Rubio, Kristi Noem, JD Vance, etc. are not going to be there for him.

Hulk if you enter the country illegally you get deported how can that be abused
Imagine that the government accuses you of entering the country illegally and you are not granted a court date or any chance to show documents and suddenly you're in a federal prison. "But I'm white and speak english with an american accent" Too bad the masked ICE agents who didn't show ID don't give a fuck and don't beleive you.
