I've been out of the loop with the Andy saga. She'd been sick for such a long time. The saddest part of this is that her last years on this earth where spent tormented by her deranged feces obsessed nightmare of a son Andrew. He destroyed her home, destroyed her life, filled every waking moment with an endless cycle of meltdowns, self harm, assaults, coprophilia, perversion and just the misery of having THAT thing called Andrew hulking about the ruins of her home in a soiled diaper. A sane society would have throw Andrew off a cliff into the ocean by now.

It is a problem in the US. Not as severely as the UK though. In the UK it is incredibly easy to get a diagnosis for just about anything you want so you don't have to work and get free housing.
