China has a lot of the same problems America does as it's grown exponentially. The key difference is China maintains tight control over its media, so the government's psychopathic disregard for the lives of its own bug-people is never made obvious. I'm sure as this tariff war starts to hurt both countries, China will produce more glossy videos of skyscrapers with more gaudy glowing lights than the Vegas Strip while insisting they've endured no damage.

If you thought most of these tariffs would be forced onto US consumers, you are fucking retarded. It was just another MSM lie.
You're literally just wrong, and I can say that confidently because it's what's taking place where I work at.

I'm in the US and our company's biggest manufacturers are implementing a surcharge to make up for tariffs. We have to pass that surcharge down to our clients to make up for the change in price, because we're not going to eat the cost for nothing. Our clients, in turn, are going to upcharge their customers because they also don't want to eat the cost for nothing. The US consumer is paying for these tariffs.

I don't know how you can say something that contradicts reality with such confidence.

Not at all. I feel some sympathy for these smaller companies who place themselves into a larger international chain of manufacturing. Your average... anything, has tons of small pieces that are not made in-house by the company whose brand you see on the packaging. They're made in various factories in various countries. A lot of replacement factories don't exist in the USA and will take years to pop up.
Well, those small plastic pieces must not be that costly, seeing how they're small and plastic. So, if a ten cent plastic widget in a 30 dollar product costs fourteen cents more, that's not going to cut too deep.

I saw some retard with an Ukraine tshirt and a Luigi hat at the doctors office yesterday. Young and needed a cane. Far leftists are the most dysgenic people I’ve met. Even meth head neo-Nazis are more functional.
Right after Luigi sperged out and had his soyboy nigger moment I saw a picture on reddit of a pro Luigi protest and every single one of the three dozen protesters was fucking fat I'm talking 300+ bones easy.

All people that would be dead if not for pharmaceuticals and Healthcare and they're protesting against it, fucking morons.

Have you considered working at an American company?

Quit doxing me, bro. Also, you didn’t see the whole outfit I had, which was a killer Legend of Zelda hoodie.

They are protesting for it to be cheaper.

Mark my words, the next Reddit protest will be demand for cheaper door dash. Give me -50$ fast food, or give me and my funko pops death/

It's going to cut pretty deep for companies that operate on a very slim profit margin just to make their brand known. This is a 101 step in starting any small business (and growing it), and yes I learned everything I'm saying from that Gamer Nexus video linked earlier. The tariffs cause problems to domestic companies. If I wasn't convinced a trade war will sooner cause a resurgence in cannibalism and domestic unrest in China, I'd probably be suggesting a softer rollout of Trump's tariffs than "everything all at once."

Because the tarrifs are temporary. They can eat the costs for a bit to retain their customers, or they can raise the price immediately and lose current and potential customers to other competitors. If it was a permanent change, then yes, the last one to raise prices will probably lose the most, but that's not the case here.

What a bunch of horseshit. I can buy a full Raspberry Pi 5 kit (quad core 2.0GHz+ computer w/8GB RAM, power supply, case, cooling fan, two video cables, 64GB SD card w/reader & writer) for just a hair over $100. Unpack it, spend ten minutes putting it in the case while a Linux OS of some kind flashes onto an SD card, and fuck it, I've got a computer on my desk that does wifi, bluetooth, (at least) dual 4K displays, can run AI stuff w/an onboard NPU, and runs whatever Linux can run. Add twenty bucks to go from 8GB up to 16GB of RAM instead.

Yes, yes, I know, I know, "but muh x86_64 ISA" and "muh Windows," but fuck off. Learn to use something different and you'll discover a fuckton of power exists in other form factors that can do damn near everything a PC can for a fraction of the cost and power consumption. Seriously. Adapt and learn. If something doesn't work instantly like you expect, figure out why. Take the time to learn what makes it tick, and you'll not only probably be able to find a fix, but also have a substantially greater understanding of "computing" in general and you'll have a leg up on every dolt who can't make a PC "go" unless it opens a web browser for them the first time they plug it in.
Or just buy used x86 stuff. first gen i7s are dirt cheap and you can do a lot with it.

lol it used to be that once you got a "federal government job" you were set for life no matter how poorly you perform. Now that Trump's killed that gravy train, it looks like it's the judges lining up to take full advantage of the gig.

C'mon, Congress, just gut the federal judiciary and start over. It'll be really fuckin' funny. Do it!
Any job that requires two-thirds of Congress to agree on literally anything is basically guaranteed for life. Even if you were to magically get two-thirds of one party in, there are so many slimy turncoats that you'd still be hard-pressed to get a conviction.

Censoring the word "killing." Bunch of pussies.
I don’t think the Xitter people realize how fucking retarded this makes them sound. Oh no super scary anti-algorithm word while I’m speaking to adults. I better not say it, I’ll just make it look like I said it instead.

These influencer faggots need to realize that it’s just a fucking word and words don’t hurt people. But that would require them to take the balls they’re gargling out of their mouths. Fucking pussies.

The tariffs are temporary, but that doesn't mean companies can endure exponential losses until the trade war ends. The line can only go down for so long before your company just doesn't exist anymore. This is true for both the United States and China, but China is not aggressively tariffing other potential trade partners. There needs to be valid incentive for these countries to not simply step up as China's new paypig. They can't purchase as much as the States (they might not be able to purchase much more than they already do, in many cases) but that's still a softer cushion for China to land on than this current gutting of American companies through tariffs.

Chinese marriage rate continues to plummet.
China is WAY ahead of western world in the context of fertility rate. It's population is absolutely vapid due to decades of cultural destruction by the commie party. They already hit rock bottom.

Meanwhile, the situation is exponentially worse in South Korea which has adopted 150% capitalism and debt to max. This is happening in USA right now. Unless we switch the course, we are going to sink.

Advertisers caused newspeak and ruined the Internet so therefore they must do reperations by allowing Adblock to be legal and for them to ritualistically kill themselves via Seppuku
