Maybe you should ask all the people in Eastern Europe how well that worked out for them.

unpopular opinion, commieblocks are ugly as shit but they are probably the most efficient type of urban housing we currently can make at a reasonable cost.

I know this sounds like complete and utter heresy to most people here were raised into wide sprawling suburbs, but I do prefer how much more compact European cities are as to how cars are an essential requirement to get anywhere in any US/Canadian city.

its not discussed that often but the Biden admin actually continued the slow, gradual decoupling of trade from China, practically it didn't mean much in the grand scheme but it does show that this is a bipartisan issue, though decided to just do it so drastically and so quickly.

The only Trump EO that "Biden" didn't cancel on day 1 was the no chip manufacturing machines to China

That's how serious even the Democrats take the threat of a China dominated world trade.

Also the main issue with commie blocks their upkeep has been solved by newer concrete and additive manufacturing technologies.

The American free market wants you to live in a tiny home or trailer I prefer the commie block.

I am all about uncertainty and Change. I am a third position national socialist I support more radical change then Trump. I want central economical plan, less democracy, a fully nationalized central bank that even owns stock in America's biggest companies, Investment for R&D and innovation. Nationalized industries like Rail, energy, minerals and even manufacturing . I support government owned and operated housing to give tenets leverage and to anchor the cost of housing and of course White pride worldwide.

Don't forget your love of income taxes, you miserable chink nigger.

point one, Europe: Hard disagree.
Europe is still largely our ally, the only notable change in policy is two fold, first that Europe pays its fair share in our defense agreements (check NATO defense spending as % of GPD for Euro countries, they have failed their obligated contributions over the last 2 decades, if not more). Secondly, I understand the position every country, not just Europe is in, due to America's shifting desire in its position as reserve currency, contradicting its desire to have a strong manufacturing base for self sufficiency and internal growth (see 2003 articles by Warren buffet "selling out america" about this exact issue and his possible solutions). The shifting desire from America and its relationships with its trading partners is transitory; I wont argue Trump has a stable hand or is playing 4 dimensional chess, but the solution to our issues is to devalue the american dollar relative to other currencies (see warren buffet or hudson bay capital research in more recent years), so that the American economy can internally function, at the cost of some cheaper import alternatives. In the end I believe the costs of flat screen tvs or other electronic junk is less important to the average american than stable growing wages, housing, or job security (all of which can be addressed with a stronger internal industry that isnt whored out across the globe).

point two, China: disagree, tentatively.
China largely has an export driven economy, and relies on long term planning to maintain that, exporters within china make deals years out for the supply of textiles, electronics, whatever. China is far more impacted than the US would be in the face tariffs, so if anything china is in a far worse spot than the average us citizen in this ordeal, America represents 40% of the global economy and china is a biggest trading partner, the shortfall from that is significant. Its also important to note that the EU as a whole is already saturated as a trading partner with china, as the US simply doesnt export anything really, so theres nothing that the EU is really replacing and switching to buying china (apart from Oil china doesnt sell?), so really this idea that the economy that exists now would simply continue without us is naive; it would fundamentally fold into itself and regress significantly, due to the immediate shock in demand or costs of functioning due to tariffs, and the industries would shrink.

point three, youre some based natsoc pro-white poster: questionable at best.
Everything Ive seen you post when you argue your points is never from a nationalist or socialist perspective, unless it conveniently aligns with the policy that would be in place that a neolib would cosign; youre not convincing anyone of your convictions by drumming about these points, but only when they align with the status-quo.

Don't forget your love of income taxes, you miserable chink nigger.
Fun fact china actually has a lower income tax then the USA because up until recent they didn't have enough high income earners to tax but even then how is income tax worst then any other kind of tax ? If your a mises caucus libertarian I get why you don't like it but if you are tariff and trump populist why does it bother you ?

The Chinese bug man (his alt too) is physically incapable of conceptualizing owning your own land.

Communism fails the moment you have to kill millions of your own people to force them to do something they have no experience in when you already had a sizable population already experienced in construction and willing to learn more under a more liberty minded system of governance.

China has one of the highest home ownership rates in the world and Chinese people love land ownership more then baccarat it's the man form of investing. You are factually incorrect no two ways about it.

Wait so free market neolibs support central banking ? They support strategic autonomy in trade ? They support nationalizing industries without compensation ? They support raising taxes ? They support cracking down directly on the billionaire influence buying ? They support restricting immigration and deporting immigrants ?

This is going to really hurt Trump, PC gaming is a big hobby for young people and Trump's tariffs have already inflated prices massively.
PC hardware prices have been fucked sideways between the start of crypto, the rise of AI, and The Coof.
But sure, let's pretend that tariffs are the reason a 5090 costs nearly 3000 Canada Dollars.
China has one of the highest home ownership rates in the world
Ooooo, big mistake bringing that up around me. Fun fact: the "home ownership" in China is mostly 2nd and 3rd homes by people looking to sell them. These are houses with no one in them made out of fucking styrofoam and playground chalk. This is what we call "bag holding".

libertarians are also anti tariff, or generally against most government intervention on the economy.

So because prices were going up (they were starting to go down a little before the tariffs btw) so we will add tariffs to make them higher. Why is this a good idea ?

Even if you support tariffs why do you support them for things that America does not produce and will likely not be able to produce for years

I know that is why I mentioned them, but populist are not against government intervention in the economy the tariffs are government intervention and populist eat them up with a spoon

asterisk on that, ALL land in China is state owned, they just "lease" it to developers for 99 years to build housing and shit, and then they sell pieces of that housing onto Chinese citizens.

There are way more young people caring about the hope of BUYING A HOUSE instead of giving a shit about pc's.

Steve can claim his vid is apolitical, but only showing one side of the problem and giving voice to only the companies, instead of also the average American, makes it untrue.

1. yes, fractional reserve banking and reserve currency status are pivotal to this and a big part of globalism and our strength in the market, neoliberals love this.
2. Im sure youve heard of things like OPEC before, another exceptionally valuable tool.
3. Nobody supports this, not even the national socialists youre trying to larp as? we all to some degree 'nationalize' industries, America likes to use tools to break up companies or make them extended glowie conglomerates, Im sure youve heard of alphabet, an organization so large it'd make the east india trade company blush; its allowed to exist because it functionally serves as a government entity, but as a private organization (yay!)
4. yes
5. yes mixed.
6. depends on the type of immigration or deportation of immigrants

(they were starting to go down a little before the tariffs btw)
Citation fucking needed.
Even if you support tariffs why do you support them for things that America does not produce and will likely not be able to produce for years
Because I fucking hate these companies and want them to SUFFAH.
What the fuck does it matter to me that GPUs well out of my price range go up in price?

Someone else before you made the same fucking argument so I will use the same rebuttal

How do tariffs help us afford houses ? If anything they do the opposite. If trump actually cared about helping young people afford houses why an't he just take the tariff bailout money (last time it was 28 billion it will be even more now) and use it to build more houses ?

There's lots of Viets in the USA living kickass lives, and that's hard to ignore even for the ones back in the old country.
the Vietnamese general that's in that famous picture which shows him executing that VC serial killer in saigon settled in Virginia. I'm sure he is long dead now. he was convicted of war crimes for the execution but president Carter personally stopped his deportation.
