Dude how would we even execute due process for these illegals? There's at least 20 million of them, frankly its probably about 40-50 million. They would all need public defenders. Seriously, do the math on this.

-Public defenders take on 10 cases a year per average and make 100k a year on average, so that's about $10k per client per year.
- Judges close an average of 250 cases a year

So that's 400 billion dollars for attorney fees, 5 million public defenders, and 200,000 judges needed to get those illegals their heckin' due process (in a year's time). There are about 32k judges and a little less than 40k public defenders in the USA at the state and federal level. It's not even humanly possible.

Guess we should just do nothing then, oh well. Real shame that we created a massive crisis and now there is nothing can be done about it

Funnily enough, taking away all privileges and making them earn anything good back is what they do in childhood psychopathy centers.
And it works.
It makes them learn that if they participate in the rules of society (the facility) they get what they want.
Has a pretty good recidivism rate too. It's still high, but much lower than untreated children.
I'm not sure if it would do the same in adults, but I'm not necessarily against it either especially if some of the stuff they had to do is learn work skills and get an education.
