To be fair, our entire legal system is based that we REQUIRE the state to allow guilty people to walk away on technicalities because putting innocent people away on technicalities is anathema to all free people.

But illegals have no right to be here at all and can get the fuck out. By their very nature of being here illegally they can be -- should be -- must be -- removed via force.

I have no idea what Spacebattles is, but while you're over there, ask them why these doctors and rocket scientists aren't improving the countries they came from. Surely this foreign nation full of geniuses would make places like india a utopia.

The opposition thinks the US is an economic zone. That no human is illegal. That borders should be abolished.

Well, except for the border of their mansion to the general public. They'll suddenly be pro borders when people start protesting around their gated neighborhood.

And also for other countries. Israel and Ukraine come to mind.

Dude how would we even execute due process for these illegals? There's at least 20 million of them, frankly its probably about 40-50 million. They would all need public defenders. Seriously, do the math on this.

-Public defenders take on 10 cases a year per average and make 100k a year on average, so that's about $10k per client per year.
- Judges close an average of 250 cases a year

So that's 400 billion dollars for attorney fees, 5 million public defenders, and 200,000 judges needed to get those illegals their heckin' due process (in a year's time). There are about 32k judges and a little less than 40k public defenders in the USA at the state and federal level. It's not even humanly possible.

I get it. Having done lead abatement on slumlord properties, all the taping, plastic barrier, negative pressure space and restricted access control measures is literally just to prevent other humans from being retarded and breathing in the fumes from the heat gun or licking the sanding dust off the floor. These are things you would think Darwin protects you from but alas. Here we are.

It's far too early in the cycle and the entire leftist community is too unorganized while having an identity crisis over watching Trump do the very things to the government it's salivated over doing for the last 20 years or more.

These illegals are not citizens of the USA. Due process is a right for citizens alone.

It would be nice to give them due process. But the act of crossing our borders without notifying the government is a federal crime. In the end, we're a country, not a charity. And we have no time to give due process. Especially to people who give very little to human life.
