It literally takes us 6 months to fix a road in the majority of the country as it is. Buildings will take years to go up as the contractors ride out the gravy train and continue to suck up the cash, it will take another span of time to make sure utilities are working, and finally you will have to put in the manufacturing equipment. The potential of those factory jobs booming before 2030 is way lower than they’d be comfortable to admit.
