The Houthi shot a missile and it landed inside Egypt:


A missile fired by the Houthi terrorist organization fell in the city of Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, army radio reported Sunday morning.

The IDF is investigating whether the missile was aimed at Israel.

This comes after the United States struck Houthi targets in Yemen on Saturday evening in what a US official described to The Jerusalem Post as a message to Iran at a time when the administration is proposing to open negotiations on its nuclear program.

Eight years in Iraq cost $5 trillion, even with inflation since then I highly doubt that a couple dozen different targets in Yemen being bombed a night is costing much. Certainly not trillions or even tens of billions
 
They could get the Houthis to stop overnight by just getting Israel to abide by a ceasefire they already agreed to. But eating through the already depleting stockpiles of munitions and starting a war with Iran works just as well.

Yeah, because that is a good idea. Give the people shooting rockets at our ships what they want for it. I have a counter offer. We carpet bomb Saan'a instead unless they stop fucking around.

How naive of you to believe that this is going to stop at Yemen. 2001 hasn't taught you anything?
