Oh it's from some no name site called Latintimes.com. But to be fair to Latintimes they got it from The Atlantic. I wonder how the Atlantic learned of such an absurd story.

My conclusion: A portion Reddit Liberals are driving themselves fucking insane. In terms of bullshit I see little difference and say Obama-era Infowars when Alex Jones would rant and rave about how we were all going to be genocided in FEMA death camps.
