This is pretty interesting actually. I'm sure this has been noticed before and maybe covered somewhere in more detail. I've noticed people cover it in more specific terms such as this case and the ones that have been pointed out in Britain.

With the advent of the internet, and with American dominance in tech (especially social media in this case) in combination with America's preference for free speech, each country is going to have to either move towards our more American 1st Amendment type of speech, or towards authoritarian regulations around speech. See: Britain, EU at large, more specifically Germany, others such as Brazil, Iran, etc. Obviously countries can try to block access to foreign media, but the trend I see is to make it easier and easier to get around these. The ease of getting a VPN, either in-browser or on your system is only improving and becoming more normie friendly over time. You can try to block DNS, VPNs, etc. but that will create overhead in your country and lower your productive economic output.

So essentially, I think you'll see a large divergence in countries with free speech having less overhead and therefore more economic power, vs countries that are adding the overhead of 1) regulating speech in so many areas they don't actually control 2) less economic output as they litigate, remove and demoralize these "hate speech" people from their society.

A pseudonym from back in the day were he was defending Israel to such an extend that people from, supposedly, right wing circles started calling him a Jew. Or the mentioned nickname. He just adopted it, but at least in the past, he knew that Israel is the greatest ally. I love Israel too, btw.

Agree that you should be cautious around believing people like this, they're going to exaggerate their case to try to gain sympathy.

But everything is downstream of him even getting these charges, which should have never happened.

I doubt that the fact that US-Troops stationed in Germany have any significant effect on "preventing a revolution".
As someone who lived in germany and sometimes still visits some places there, I'll say that there are waaaaay more important factors to consider wich will never allow for a "revolution" in that place:

- the whole system of education
- tons of state funded youth centers with open antifa cafes,
- german state media that is very well funded since prety much everyone healthy with a job has to pay ~19€ a month.
- extensive background checks on military staff, increasing with rank.
- the spying on the AFD despite it just being like the CDU conservative party from like 20 years ago but more cringe.
- massive social ostracism if you are even a little bit on the "rightwing"
- the demographics are horrible (if statistics are to be trusted ~71% are german, most of them are old and useless)
- the fact that you are very atomized among a flood of non whites
- no guns
- a whole lot of surveillance (Google the budget of the BND + VS and look at some pictures of their MASSIVE buildings)
- a massive police force

Germany will never be "based" again. There will NEVER be a "revolution" by native german people.
Sholomo and similar people are retarded and them serving jail time will have no impact on anything.
(Haverbeck is a different case since it's an old person that already had a good long life, refusing to back down and accepting the fact that she will die anyways but could at least leave an interessting mark in history).
The only way this whole thing will play out is that everything will just get worse.
Any quality people will and already are moving to places that are less hostile to them.
The only play as an european is just shutting the fuck up, making as much money as possible and moving

Some retard from Singapore, can't even remember his name, and why should I have to the fuckin pervert. All for free speech for Americans. Let the citizens of other countries sort out tyranny in their home countries. Im sick of people looking for excuses to import foreigners. If the conservatives here need support let them earn it.

We blasted that shit constantly in high school and got no legal or school repercussions, every kid did it, and I live in a country with equally draconian speech laws as Germany.

I think Rucka still makes stuff but I've not listened to any of his shit since I was like... 14?

Whenever I get a glimpse of German media talking about AFD they make them out to be neo-Nazi tier extremists, but the most radical thing they prepose AFAIK is to cut down on immigration, and until the last election they were more or less a micro-party. I get the current German government is draconian, but AFD just seems like a milquetoast conservative faction without any real power to threaten them. It's like if a US Democrat administration decided to spend a mass of time and resources to go after the Constitution Party or something like that. It just doesn't make sense to me.
