Solution to gun violence in the United States

Guns are some of the best tools available to solve disputes between humans.
But also to start them.

So an important question is who should be able to hold them? Currently in the US it seems that a lot of retards legally own a gun, whatever tests you have to acquire them seem insufficient.

I don't trust the government making that decision since many of those retards also have the ability to vote which is much more dangerous than owning a gun.

The answer is everyone. Every man, woman, and child should be trained to use guns at an early age as part of school like math, reading, history and sciences. If you think otherwise, you're a fucking nigger and should neck yourself for being retarded.

Also owning a gun should be mandatory for every US citizen.

Why is it a right tho?
It's a right because the ability to defend yourselves from people who seek to harm you and your property is an intrinsic ability given to us by God. Denying that ability is what niggers do. Governments that rob people of the ability to defend themselves are fucking niggers and should all be hanged. If you think people shouldn't own guns, fucking neck yourself.

America doesn't have a gun violence problem, it has an atheism and Islam problem. Black people weren't shooting each other back when they were all church-going, they only started doing that when they became secular or Muslim.

School shootings only started once teachers started promoting communism and other secular degeneracy in the classrooms. Having kids on mood-altering prescription drugs only made it worse.

At what age should be legal for a kid to carry a gun?

At what age should be legal for a kid to carry a gun?
As soon as they can hold one and fire it without hurting themselves. Some kids can handle a rifle or shotgun very young. Others cannot. It depends on size, their strength, etc. Bottom line is the most powerful tools for personal defense should be integrated into our lives as closely as possible.

School shootings date all the way back, though yes, they've hockey-sticked up in the last couple of decades. The first modern* mass shooting at a school (a university) was in 1966. There were a few dozen shootings in/ prior to the 19th century (32 in the 19th c., based on source list), but like most up until the 1966 UT shooting, most in the 19th and pre-1966 20th century were a result of
  • Specific revenge toward a romantic or tormenting rival (kid vs kid, or non-school-affiliated adult shooting specific teachers/ administrators);
  • Revenge by a parent or child against a teacher/ administrator who meted out punishment or gave a poor grade;
  • Accidents where either
    • Kids were given assumedly non-functioning guns to use in sports, events, or performances (an unfortunate number were on the sets of school plays), or
    • Stray bullets from off-grounds that landed in someone at school, or
    • Accidental discharge not part of an organized activity (showing off a gun at school, etc.); and
  • A couple of group rival (gang) situations (à la West Side Story, but on school property and with guns).
(Cited resource also excluded:
  • Incidents that occurred during wars;
  • Incidents that occurred as a result of police actions;
  • Murder-suicides by rejected suitors or estranged spouses;
  • Suicides or suicide attempts involving only one person; and
  • Shooting by school staff, where the only victims are other employees.)
Random intentional (non-personalized but not accidental) and mass shootings, and deaths from them, increased with - among other things, but including - basic physical stuff: the availability of higher-powered weapons (1966 (white) guy was in the UT tower and sniped students). Handguns (the full range of types) are the vast (84%ish) favorite in school shootings overall since 1970, but higher-powered handguns and rifles are more often used in mass shootings, at schools and elsewhere (Data 1999-2013 on mass shootings in general, showing type of gun used.). Ofc (I assume) not all indiscriminate/ mass school shootings have been committed with higher-intensity weapons, but not a lot in the last 50 years were effected with grandaddy's .22 or a vintage gunslinger Colt, either. And the sharp upturn suggests a perception of certainty of causing mayhem and death, or maybe just happenstance of availability. But they tend to be deadlier once a shot is off.

Most firearms used belong to a family member or friend; gun ownership in the US is only about 5%, but that's mostly where school shooters are getting them. Some analyses reasonably suggest that the use of firearms can be interpolated to increase when the perpetrators are male, White, act alone or with a few others, and target high schools or colleges in "urban" (vs "rural"; unclear where suburbs figure) areas.

Beef is the main motivator in 41% of 75%+ minority schools (followed by unknown target/intent at 14%), but only 4% of 75%+ White schools. The largest motivation in 75%+ White schools is school-targeted (38%), followed by suicide/attempt (23%). Accidental shootings are high teens for both.

Secularism has maybe played a role, but not clearly. Church membership in the US in 1937 and for the next 6 decades was around 70% but dipped below 50% for the first time a few years ago.

Church attendance was at a high in the 1950s, growing from 57% to 63% in the 1950s, and in the second half of the 50s regular attendance was nearly 50%. It started to decline in the 60s - but the 50s were a peak, and it had not been that high before then. It's down now:

  • 20% of Americans attend church every week (Gallup)
  • 41% of Americans are in monthly church attendance or more (Gallup)
  • 57% of Americans are seldom or never in religious service attendance (Gallup)

Not sure how Islamism or Muslims factor into your math. I did a brief search for Black Muslim school shooters and didn't find anything but would appreciate your citations.

*Four Indians murdered 10 kids and a teacher in a school in Pennsylvania in 1764. The teacher was shot; the children were beaten to death.

It's a right because the ability to defend yourselves from people who seek to harm you and your property is an intrinsic ability given to us by God.
Non-Americans are literally incapable of accepting this fact, for various reasons. The idea that the government does not inherently have the best intentions for society at large is so foreign to the third-worlder (in the Cold War sense) that he can only assume it’s a flaw in the US’s foundations. The idea that government is somehow not made of a special caste of humans simply never crosses his mind.

I agree with the libtards that there are people out there that shouldn't have a gun. But I agree with the conservatives that sane responsible mature people should have a right to have a gun. In theory a robust nonbiased testing background check and reference system would be a great way to cut down on irresponsible gun use. Get a few other responsible intelligent people who know the potential owner well to vouch that he's not insane and make sure yourself they're not posting memes about shooting places up on social media or in a diary. To be extra sure run them through a battery of tests and psychological evaluations.

The problem is in reality its just too easy to misuse this to ban guns for everyone. It would be very easy to create an objectively unbiased program but the libtards would gaslight into one designed to ban all guns. Yet another easy solution ruined by politics.

Okay.

So if you have a dispute with me, an internet rando who lives in another country, how would a gun solve this compared to, say, talking, or say, turning around and buzzing off?

Matthew 26 : 52

“Put your sword back in its place,” Jesus said to him, “for all who draw the sword will die by the sword."

Come over here and do it then, you Jim jones wannabe. 😁

Hypothetically speaking, if you buzzed off, the dispute would not need to escalate to that point where I'd need one. But this is strange, nonetheless, when distance already makes it moot.

I'd accept it just fine if yanks just admitted they're living in a third world shithole

Lol "third worlder" pot, meet kettle.

For the latter, I know any government is a bunch of dicks. But as for the former, I'm not going to think its malignant enough to make my life a living hell. A government that does comes to the mind if most Americans because they are living in a third world shithole.

But hey, they let you have guns. Wonderful! I'm surprised you can afford it over there. Maybe it's the only thing you can afford. Can you eat them though?

So worried about big bad government knocking on your door and threatening you to your face, when the real threat is them leeching away your money.
Hypothetically speaking, if you buzzed off, the dispute would not need to escalate to that point where I'd need one.
Ergo, why do you (general you) think it would escalate so often?

At what point has it escalated too much? Considering shootings happen over the pettiest and selfish of reasons. You americans shoot school kids for pities sake.
But this is strange, nonetheless, when distance already makes it moot.
Therefore guns are useless for disputes when distance is involved.

Ergo, why do you (general you) think it would escalate so often?
The onus would not be on me to figure that out. The onus would be on you to figure out why your behavior necessitates the use of weapon.

Useless for distance
In my case, it could be. For others, it may not be. How I solve disputes does not necessitate the need for someone else to not go the extra mile. After all, bullets and guns do and can travel a distance depending on how creative you are with them.

The people who use this argument don't care about kids otherwise they wouldn't make it so easy to abort them.
