I think, currently, let's just focus on what we can prove, or has the strongest evidence.
Currently, by Destiny's own words. Solo is Rose's bf, and Solo says she was 17. That's bad enough on its own, if you are one of the people who thinks he's a pedophile or ephebophile (like I do) then focus on that and the BabyMiku situation, just don't call him a pedo in the process.

There will be a lot of time in the coming years for people to re-evaluate Destiny's actions, and then they probably will be more receptive to the argument that Destiny might genuinely be an ephebophile, for now it seems a little pointless to get hung over our ability or inability to call him a pedophile.

My hope is that he has some manifesto or he directly addresses it some other way because it will 100% not be checked by a laywer and will dig him in a deeper grave.
