I believe she has explained, or rather hasn't denied, that what Destiny showed her was a secret recording he took of Farha, and Farha a secret recording he took of DeLaguna, or something like that. I don't believe it was anything sexual, or if it was I can't remember if it has been stated.

Don't know whether her accusations are true or not, personally, all the texts and videos I've been forced to digest by her have left me believing she's in a continuous manic episode and she's projecting her sexual attraction to Destiny to others.
For example:
-She's convinced that a random chatter is secretly Destiny talking to her. Don't know whether that it's true or not, don't really care either.

I admit I'm not overly familiar with the current state of laws in the rebel colonies, but there is an issue with Epstiny's footsoldiers trying to dismiss Pxie's case over the dates involved. Depending on jurisdiction publication is not when you first make something available, but each access of a file can be considered a new publication.
For example, if an email was sent containing a video file that would be a one time thing, to the date of sending. But if it was placed on a publicly accessible location the publication date is whenever it was accessed. Like say, if a predator put a video on a googledrive with no restrictions, the last date the file was accessed would be the date of publication - well after the Florida statute came into effect. I cannot remember the exact circumstances of the Pxie video, whether it was a googledrive one or a discord one. But even then, if it was on discord dms, the last time "play" was clicked on that dm would be the last date of publication - and the links were still active when the leak occurred. Each new "play" is a new publication.
I cannot say for certain what the circumstances are in Florida, but it's certainly not an open and shut case based on when the messages were sent. Not to mention it's certainly grounds for discovery and inquiries into whether the files were sent on other dates to other parties.
Certainly the vyvanse did not cause his heart to grow three times larger, nor did he become a better person, and he certainly did not delete the links in question out of remorse. They were only deleted when his dastardly deeds were uncovered.

Section 784.049, which addresses Sexual Cyberharassment. Florida’s sexual cyberharassment law was first ratified and signed into law on May 14, 2015, and became effective on October 1, 2015. The law has been amended since its initial enactment to clarify its text and broaden its scope. However, it’s important to note that amendments to criminal statutes are retroactive, LAWS ARE NOT RETROACTIVE, unless explicitly stated. This means that new cases must follow the current version of the law, but cases resolved before an amendment cannot be revisited.
After reviewing the text of the law, it seems Destiny checks almost every box required for a potential violation, except one importance: active malice. Lack of malicious intent will be his primary defense. This argument might hold weight in a small-scale dispute between two private individuals, but the circumstances of this case do not favour TINY.

• The sharing of explicit content without Pxie’s consent.
• Pxie has reportedly suffered emotional harm, including suicidal ideation, as a direct result.
• The content was shared with a large number of individuals and found its way online, and Pxie was made identifiable.

The statute focuses on the act of non-consensual dissemination, not just on intent. The harm caused can outweigh the absence of malicious intent for a judge. A judge might determine that:

• The act itself satisfies the legal requirements, as it caused identifiable large scale harm.
• The widespread dissemination and identifiable nature of Pxie amplifies the seriousness of the offense.
• demand accountability to prevent the normalization of such acts, regardless of intent.
• Even if it wasn’t malicious, he could be seen as reckless or negligent for sharing the video, as any reasonable person would understand that sharing private sexual material without consent is likely to cause emotional harm
• The court could prioritize the objective harm done to the victim over the Destiny's subjective intent.

Correction: Lack of intent is going to be his second-largest defense. His primary defense will focus on making as much evidence as possible inadmissible in court.
