Is there a reddit for dsp 'tractors these days? I seem to recall that's where the Kat pics initially were posted(?) The dspdiscussion reddits were generally shit, but once in a while there was a gem like that.
Reddit is banning any and all DSP subreddits because the morons continued to repost clips directly from his streams directly to Reddit. Numerous warnings and bans didn't stop them, so Reddit just started axing them all and even preemptively banned a bunch that were created in case previous ones were banned.

I thought it was generally agreed these days that Phillip protects Derich because he does so much free labour for him?

In regards to Nintendo Challenge World (or whatever it’s called) you can tell Phillip is frothing at the mouth over the thought of ‘bounties’ (sorry, ‘rewards’) coming back. Every time I’ve heard him mention the game it’s accompanied with “…and you guys can tell me if you think I’m going to pass a challenge or not. It will be really cool!”
It’s going to save the business guys.

It was on Twitter. Start it at 30 seconds. He hasn’t mentioned car payments in a while iirc. Someone who lives near Phil said he saw him yesterday in a new car at the grocery store. That was before the car beg today.

Could be a coincidence, but I can see him doing this.
He had officially paid off his old car last summer. Phil isn’t the tyoe who would go years without a car payment. He needs a new car, now! Why won’t you listen to him?

More drama for phil to not address on his next pawwwdkast.
Keem should sue him, If only to make phil spend money although knowing his luck he will probably end up with keems house
At this point it's a symbiotic relationship. Keem does more of his shitty gayfabe to get people to talk about his garbage show while Phail gets an easy 20-60 minute unhinged rant to fill up time on the Copecast.

Why is that? I've long thought that Phil is the internet's second most notorious lolcow after Chris-Chan, and even if that's not true I imagine he'd at least be in the top ten. But despite the number of people who drove out to Charlottesville to mess with Chris, barely anyone's made the effort to do the same to Phil.
The real answer is because Chris chan was 4chans lolcow. DSP is KFs. And we can be real autistic faggots about ops. Arguably for the better. Because lolcows are only getting more and more mainstream so, weens are only getting worse.

It's worth reposting since it was featured, but from what I've seen in the Boogie thread, it's a nothingburger. And I largely agree. I mean, the wording on it alone pretty much guarantees it won't happen and is just to drum up drama, but even if they wanted to go ahead with it, there isn't a case. While his takes are retarded, DSP is allowed to have an opinion, and there's no way they can prove damages from DSP's statement. To give a Phil equivelent, it'd be like if he tried to sue the farms for all the posts that say he's stalling on his streams, or that he has behind the scenes tips lined up or whatever. Or if a reality show tried to sue Reddit because people on their boards say their shows are scripted. Or even more broadly, a TV station trying to sue someone for saying their show sucks.
I mean, I usually abhor using the legal system like this, but its the west coast. Its Keemstars money, its Phils money. Keemstar can just fuck him around legally, racking up bills. Phil won't have much of answer to it. He doesn't trust a lawyer, or afford enough of one to make it stop. And he will keep trying to cut promos until he fucks up and actually says something that will give Keem a case.

Maybe he got a title loan? Pics or it didn't happen with Phil getting a new car, though I guess it's possible that he got something bigger to accommodate Kat's size.

Pretty sure his plate number got out when he was spotted at the gas station with fat Kat by some rando but was his VIN number leaked during the bankruptcy documents?

I 100% agree in principle, but I don't think this is a scenario where Keem can accomplish that. The US legal system is far from perfect, but you can't just walk into court and generically declare that you're suing someone. Defamation cases are generally pretty rare, and it's almost as rare as a saltless Phil SF6 match for defamation cases to actually go to court. Lawyers generally don't like them either because it's typically a waste of time/resources for a minimal payout. With this case especially, you'd have such a difficult time proving any sort of damages because Keem has a significantly larger audience/level of influence than Phil. Same deal with everyone on the podcast (I think). Assuming that every single active member in Phil's chat was previously watching Keem's show, then subsequently stopped watching, I don't think it'd put a dent in Keem's numbers because it'd be like...100 or so less views, so we'd be looking at less than $1 in damages.

There's a reason people aren't constantly being sued for talking shit online, and Keem of all people surely knows that. I don't think there's a world where Keem ever spoke to a lawyer. All that being said, I shouldn't have initally said it was a nothingburger because there's a good chance it produces some salt from Phil, I just didn't want people getting their hopes up for an actual lawsuit saga or anything. At the risk of being a downer, I think it was a pretty poor trolling attempt, especially since Keem pretty easily lives rent free in Phil's head. He should have like, put together a small SF6 tournament with a 1k prize pool and invite Phil to play in it, with the clause that it has to take place in person and Phil needs to travel out to...wherever Keem is based out of. It'd make Phil look bad because he'd obviously try to weasel his way out of it and Keem doesn't come off looking thin skinned or overly aggressive.
