It's worth reposting since it was featured, but from what I've seen in the Boogie thread, it's a nothingburger. And I largely agree. I mean, the wording on it alone pretty much guarantees it won't happen and is just to drum up drama, but even if they wanted to go ahead with it, there isn't a case. While his takes are retarded, DSP is allowed to have an opinion, and there's no way they can prove damages from DSP's statement. To give a Phil equivelent, it'd be like if he tried to sue the farms for all the posts that say he's stalling on his streams, or that he has behind the scenes tips lined up or whatever. Or if a reality show tried to sue Reddit because people on their boards say their shows are scripted. Or even more broadly, a TV station trying to sue someone for saying their show sucks.
