He probably answers the door in his calm, slightly pathetic voice and demeanor, acting a bit defeated and greeting the officers with "Good evening, officers. I see that the people online who constantly harass me have decided to waste more of your time. Please, come in, come in! Can I get you a bottle of water or something?" He probably really hams up the role of the gracious host, pretending to have absolutely NO IDEA why people are playing such cruel pranks on him and pretending to sympathize with the poor officer's time being wasted. After a couple of minutes of Boogie's smarmy banter and checking out Dez and Chad (who likely have learned to just nod and agree with Boogie when the cops are there), the cops have no choice but to radio dispatch that nothing's going on and to clear themselves from the call. The cops aren't going to watch his YouTube channel to see this behaviour. And even if they did, Boogie would just say that it's a comedy skit and he's playing a role and everyone knows that - like he's just a fat and even more retarded Steve-O or something.

100% unfounded speculation on my part, but based on behavioural patterns of controlling/narcissistic abusers, I wouldn't be surprised if he scares Dez at times, and responds with something like "Go ahead and call the cops! When they get there, they'll believe me and think that *YOU'RE* the problem". Then the next day he'll smooth it over with an non-apology like "I didn't mean it but YOU KNOW that when you say/do *whatever*, it triggers my ptsd/anxiety/repressed memories of abuse" (whatever bs excuse he uses). Then he fusses over her a bit, lets her choose the takeout for the day, and constantly puts himself down to make her feel guilty, etc. So then when the cops DO show up for a welfare check (or when Boogie's just screaming and acting like a monster), she's reluctant to call for help or tell the cops what's going on because she doesn't think they'll believe her.
