I don't a whole lot about this MMORPG and its DLCs:
The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) has a freebie DLC as a daily login bonus for July (day 2): Clockwork City DLC

I've got way to many hours in ESO, Clockwork city was mad fun.
@Mysterious Autist XX is right some of the DLCS have really gone down hill the original 4 pack that included Orsinium and Thieves guild are peak content. Great thing is you can do the entire story mission solo if you want and the build options are pretty solid. It's not a typical MMO though i'd say its more rpg based with mmo attached to it.
Couple of things to be aware of, because its an MMO the cash shop can be egregious in the monetisation 95% of the shop is just cosmetic skins with a few bits and pieces that will enhance your end game and the house styling stuff. But they have monthly crates with gambling attached to it and you aren't able to buy the skin outright. Gold farming bots and regents farmers are rampant because you can trade gold for shop items in game with players it's not quite black market but there is risk that you'll get fucked over if you're not careful.
They will really push you to log on daily to complete dailies either to get your mount up to an acceptable speed, or like the DLC get you to collect your daily, which can be fine but if you get sucked in deep like i do you spend more time farming for crafting materials then actually playing unless your doing a zone. The good thing is you don't need to do it to enjoy the base story, they do have regular events through the year to get some cool mounts and costumes to layer over your armour.
The Dungeons/Trials (12 people dungeons) are really fun with some of the new DLCS and have meta gear you can collect easy enough to get into, PVP is kinda meh but the faction PVP in a zerg is fucking fun as hell. Imperial city pvp is not fun for me at least.
ESO+ is a thing and the only reason its worth it, is for the craft bag and bank space if you get into seriously i'd consider the craft bag you also get crowns (the paid currency) to spend in the shop depending on how much time you pay for ESO+, if you buy anything from the store get NPC Banker/Merchant out in the wilds you can whip out those babies and sell all your excess shit or store a rare regent.
Plus you can have a khajit merchant Fezez is fucking adorable.
I'll stop sperging now but i really loved ESO, not played for a year now but i get the hankering just go through and clear a new chapter every once and a while. Oh and you can have up to 12 character slots and the ability to reset your skills if you fuck it up or a new build comes out you want to try.
*edit forgot to mention mods, play on PC get the maps and skyshard mods make your day so much easier unless you like vanilla playstyle the PC mods are invaluable.
