, then there's no point in having the characters be trans. But if you base it off of reality, then they get upset because you've revealed their true selves to normies. The most acceptable way I see it nowadays is to have troons who look androgynous at best play mostly regular people, and everyone just ignores the fact that the TIM is obviously not female or the TIF is obviously not male. Ideally, there would be no trannies in media.

This exposes the troon mindset as wanting to be special, to be applauded for being brave crossdressing freaks - actual transgender people don't give a fuck and thus if they actually were indistinguishable from normal people of their desired gender, they'd be overjoyed.
For the same reason, I don't understand what the point of being non-binary is. Who gives a fuck if you're male or female, honestly? Claiming to be non-binary is just trying to be special without actually doing anything to warrant being considered special. Special needs maybe, but all this obsession over gender in the viewpoint of blue-and-pink social roles like it's the 1950s just reinforces these stereotypes instead of breaking them down.

Zoey is actually one of the reasons I joined KF. Several years ago, I went to eating disorder treatment with Zoey (post-transition) where he got himself kicked out for kissing another trans woman against the trans woman’s consent. IIRC, Zoey left in an ambulance, I think due to a “panic attack.” He never showered, boasting quite the scent. He had moments of kindness, though, so I feel sad to see the path he chose. He would always talk about facial feminization surgery, which is maybe inappropriate to discuss around a bunch of starving, stressed girls. Looks like he went through with it. Sorry if this isn’t allowed, I’m new and still adjusting to the rules, thank you for your patience with me!

In reality, this is a fantasy character because damn near all of the troons are hormone-crazy dudes in wigs who don't even bother shaving or doing the bare minimum to pass, but are so entitled to having their identity validated that it crosses over into comedic territory.
They do not want to be treated and represented the way they are, but the way they see themselves. It's a fantasy and a delusion.

The DBD team is extremely, unbelievably pozzed and there is 0 chance that anyone involved did this on purpose. The tranny VA was certainly given little to no information about the killer, and probably thought it was actually "multiple" characters, like Legion. DBD probably requested that male and female voice work be done, and whichever agency handled hiring the VA heard the VA could do both and was like "ok cool, simple." The devs who work on the character design almost certainly had no clue who the VA was. Serendipitous.
Do not give this gay and retarded company your money, even as an ironic joke. They will most likely remove this cosmetic set in short order.

Definitely what happened. To rando's browsing the thread: the devs release at least one new Killer ever 3 months like clockwork. Most of the time with a new Killer/Survivor pair but sometimes it's just one Killer. It's a conveyor belt process over there in shit hole Quebec and every single player of the game has DEMANDED the devs pause this cycle simply to do a Project Health Chapter to fix the fucking game but the devs have addressed this publicly several times and have refused. What's going on is that they work on a killer for about 9-12 months or something like that and they have a whole line of them at various stages of development in coding killer powers and testing and shit like that. Then they hand it off to the cosmetics team that work on the skins and bullshit.
There's been times where the devs were under crunch (this was confirmed by a 4chan AMA by a dev who confirmed every single rumor including that the Alien would be an upcoming killer and the guy was only off with the release date by 2-3 months) and they just grab a killer that's on the back burner and rush them out there. This happened with the killers The Twins (who were and still are very buggy to use) and the Blight (who also launched in an extremely buggy state).
