Thing is, anyone from outside looking in who's ever ran a business could take a look at what they were doing and see major fucking problems, starting with its weepy emo leadership. I'm frankly surprised the suits at WB didn't step in earlier, before it was too late. A good analyst could've ended that loopy Woke gamer bros bullshit with a quickness and put them on track.

Just like they put the DCU back on track? Warner Bros have got problems of their own. I don't doubt a proper group of professionals could have unfucked their shit but Warner Bros likely swallowed them up under the mistaken impression that they were going to add value all on their own.

I'm just surprised that the only OG's there are Barbara, Geoff and Jack. I literally recognise nobody else other than them. also, it's astounding as to just how unattractive and weird looking nearly everyone in this room is. my lord.

No clue. I know Gus couldn't show because he had a colon inspection, but chances are Michael couldn't be bothered to, cause even Lindsey didn't show up and she's about as OG as he is. Gavin, odds are, has been checked out for a long time, and never really cared once he realized he could just keep doing Slomo content.

TLDR: Ky stole candy, and bragged about it on a podcast. Hembo said that's fucked up, and everyone pounced on him for it to the point he said fuck all of you I'm done.

Some guy said he was wearing an RT hat in Afghanistan and that he had a near miss where his hat was shot off his head and the community of fat, sweaty virgins who've never seen a firefight in their entire lives called bullshit on it and it sort of flip flopped back and forth because Barbara is a fucking retard who only got her job because she gave mean head instead of actual talent or management skill.
It was back on the 2.0 version of their site, back when Featured Users and the comics and the forum were still around. I'll see if I can dig something up as a jumping off point if this isn't ringing any bells but it's a really good showcase of how their nepotism led to their downfall by hiring inexperienced people who didn't know what they were doing would continue to bite them in the ass for years to come.

It also didn't help that for a long time they never looked further than True Fans (TM) and the UT Austin Broadcast and Media department for new hires. Their talent pool was more of a puddle with a dead possum in it.
 
Bernie being overly paternalistic with female employees was always creepy. The fact that he divorced his wife to marry a jumped up both babe was also creepy.

If Joel is still active on Twitter than maybe @Null can ask him what would be a good firearm a e-celebrity should keep for home defense. Or is it too aloggy?

Unless it's posed as a question about Crypto, I don't think Joel would answer. I've been following him on Xitter for years, and 99.9% of his posts are bout crypto
