Wait, they drove around the beach/coast for hours and never got out except shortly at one lookout point? But they did stop at a restaurant. Yeah ok it's "cold", I live in a cold country too and people still walk the beach in windy/freezing January. Even if just to walk the dog or get some fresh air for 15 minutes. She couldn't even get out for a minute for some Tiktok footage?
I think in reality they went restaurant/snack bar hopping near the coast. Maybe I'm mean but I don't believe either of them can sit in the car for an hour without eating slop, and they clearly don't give a fuck about the scenery.

She's got all those boxes packed, and nowhere to move all that shit to. No rehab hospital or care facility is going to let her bring that much crap.
So, basically, she wants a successful, active, capable guy, who can somehow maintain all of that while putting Evie, and all of her many wants and needs, at the center of his existence. And he's willing to put her ahead of his family (which I assume includes his kids). But of course, his family will love her, overlooking the fact that she's a needy, childish, manipulative parasite with no intention of getting any better, or contributing anything to their lives together (beyond the gift of her presence).

I'd say if he's wise he'll keep shtum until Miss Piggy has finally left the building, because unless he's blocked her or vice versa her temper tantrums are likely not worth dealing with, and any father worth his salt will want to keep the drama and bullshit to a minimum for the sake of the kids if not himself. It will be interesting to see if he spills the proverbial Earl Grey once she's out of his hair, though. Good for him, though, even if he is a chubby chaser. I hope he and his kids have a happy future ahead of them without all of that literal (imminently) dead weight in their lives.
