Texas vs US government - Battle for the border. Possible constitutional crisis?

Not gonna happen, he started getting uppity so the fedboys said it’s buck breakin’ time and arrested his campaign manager, the obvious implicit threat being “you’re next if you keep giving lip”
Real short term thinking on the Uniparty's part. The local political machines are where the steal is done. As I said in another thread, those missing boxes of votes ain't gonna appear in blue cities if the Feds forget what a quid pro quo relationship is.

If this is true. That will make Biden fucking over the European Union by punishing Texas all for nothing. Which makes it even more funny.
The eurofags just took it without complaining when Biden blew up nordstream.
I am sure the eurofags accept this too without complaining.

That is the nature of eurofags. Being a cuck and take it unlubed. And not complaining.

I am starting to love Biden more and more and look forward to see how he can fuck the europeans if he gets four more years.

Every day I thank God I'm not a euro. Americans won't take it up the ass at a certain point. In fact we'll start raping you back as shown today.

The problem with the Federal Governments political class is there subscription to the Progressive theory of history, which argues the inevitable march towards a smaller, more homogenous world as the proper and natural outcome of modern political forces. But for this to come about, there must also by necessity be a more centralized modern State that can rule over the the unified whole. If this is starting to sound mildly fascistic, its because it is, since Fascism emerged out of the same enlightenment revolutionary thinking that Liberalism and Socialism emerged from. All three require a Modern State as the buttress for their philosophy. Liberalism needs the State to protect Rights, Socialism needs it to enforce Equality, and Fascism needs it to enforce Order. All three however, require a centralizing authority.

The problem for the USA is unlike the European countries, this was never a fully centralized state. It was a Federal Union, first and foremost and if we got right down to the brass tacks was so large and culturally distinct across its vastness it was hard to govern in a centralized manner anyway. The effort of the Federal Government since the Civil War has been grind that distinction down to make the more centralizing force more acceptable. Unfortunately the current crop of Federal Officials are not the intelligent bunch their grandfathers were. They don't have some sort of grand philosophical vision anymore. The State is no longer an instrument for unification and centralizing authority. It is now an instrument of personal enrichment. This is especially true when we consider the Biden Family and the fact none of them every had a job or career that was not directly related to Joe's political career which he has held since the 1970's. But it is also true for even the average pencil pusher in agencies like the Department of Education, or the Justice department. Their jobs may be called "Civil Service", but everyone has long since dropped the pretense they are sacrificing anything to "serve".

This creates a legitimacy issue, because the States themselves are a vestige of older and more traditional government models more rooted in the pre-enlightenment middle ages then in the modern era. And they have their own political institutions and concerns that can at times be at odds with the central government. There have been efforts since the civil war to coopt, or if unable too, then defang State institutions and government. But the Constitution remained a significant stumbling block to this and the States rightly pushed back as much as they could.

Now, with a serious legitimacy crisis at the Federal Level, where trust in institutions nationally are at a low point, be they elected officials, the courts, civil servants or even the news media there is way more room for ambitious local officials to assert old rights. Such as Abbot invoking the "invasion" clause of the Constitution. The Feds have to know they can't let this stick. But at the time if they try and force Abbot to back down they could make the situation much worse. Especially since the Trumpalufagus is loose once more despite the Central Governments desperate efforts to tard wrangle him.

We can just reconquer the rest as a reunification wargoal and also have justification to massacre all of the traitors
Who's this 'we'? I would much rather keep an independent Texas the size it is. Huge countries are an unwieldy pain in the ass to manage anyway. Plus being white in and of itself wouldn't give you citizenship preference anyway. Non-hispanic whites are a minority in the state and will continue to shrink as a proportion of the state's population because they refuse to have children above replacement rate.

The population of the EU is like 25% larger than the population of the US. It's long past time they learn to support themselves.
