I love Sam's standup, but I have to agree for the reasons you stated above, it feels like he has mellowed out in public in recent years which I understand but it makes him less funny. Part of me really wants to be wrong and for him to dress up as Audrey Hale or say some crazy shit as he did in his BOSTIEN standup, which was full of his fans and was still pretty funny.

Who is this 'Chris' figure, are you referring to BIG GOD? Other than not being able to read, he's kind of growing on me, I don't know why. Of all of the effectively teenage boys Sam hangs out with, he seems the most mellow. Also, if you guys keep complaining, Sam's new 'donation reader' is going to be BIC, and I think that will be my breaking point.

Did you catch the PGL clip where he was reflecting on his his victory speech after the boxing match and said his original plan was threatening to kill the Queen instead of Hassan. He said he changed his mind at the last minute. Seems like he still walks a fine line but controls it a bit now. I don't think he's taking his second chance at major success for granted.

It's not that comedians don't want their amazing sets to get leaked, they would do anything for a video of them doing standup to get popular. Comedians give away all their material on the hundreds of podcasts they do weekly anyway.

Chris is better with Nick in my opinion. During Scuffed Realtor, I just want to hear Nick go at it, no back and forth necessary outside of answering super chats. Sam's streaming style involves a lot more bouncing of jokes, bits, ideas, etc. off of the people in his immediate vicinity, so when a fumble happens, it's more awkward.

I agree he's a lot better with Nick, but Nick is just a funnier more laid back dude. Sometimes Chris just doesn't give Nick anything at all to work with and no sales his shit when he's trying to riff a little. I think mostly Chris is an unfunny faggot, but once in awhile Chris takes something and makes it much funnier. If i'm not mistaken, when nick used to talk about blowing dogs for houses Chris just fired off a "would you eat a bowl out chili out of an open sore on a german sheppard" or something like that. he can sort of level up nick's humor and he's gettign better at it.


I have to say, sometimes when you just think about it, they have a super chat reading guy, that's his only fuckign job and dis nigga can barely read. Thats' funnier to me than anything chris has ever said.

Yeah, I agree with that assessment, I'd save overall he treads the line pretty damn well, especially during his streams, I am kind of surprised he hasn't been taken off youtube yet.

Sam is so feral and anti-social. It is funny when he is disgusting and schizo around the zoomers, idubbz etc but with Charls at the last stream it was just sad to watch.

I also notice that Chris looking more lazy and bored now that he is comfortable with his job. For all his faults, Jet was giving his all non stop.

my thought was that he was fed up with the constant interruptions. there was one chat read where chris literally just gave up and said something like “i cant move on if you keep interrupting me”. even as as very intermittent viewer the interrupting shtick is fucking annoying.

Is it just me or is this not really funny? Like I understand it's awkward but since everyone has that base level of courteousness normal people do when interacting, it doesn't go anywhere. Watching 5 mins of this made me realize I can't stomach anything produced by Sam's new 'crew', it's 90% dead air.

This is the same issue I had with Fishtank, the initial idea of locking 83 IQ people in a house and treating them like they are prisoners of Abu Ghraib is pretty funny and the actual original ideas being read out loud makes me laugh, but when the concept of Fishtank is actually realized, it has to be watered down so much it ends up being uninteresting.
 
I've been watching the stream for a while now. Kinda boring. Its only fun when they're messing with the two crazy girls, especially Nick with the 50 y/o, it's like he knows exactly what buttons to push to tease her. He's dealt with tons of milfs and gilfs in the antique and car sale days, now he's takin it all out on this one lol
