Most comedians do this now. I've been to a show where security confiscates your phone as soon as you walk in the door and you can't get it back until you leave. I still recorded the whole set anyway but that's beside the point.

He doesn't want his set leaking. It's something comedians worry about now. Sam and Nick both did standup routines in Vegas two months ago and people who went said it was hilarious. Sam has been rehearsing this set for a while and has done a few shows already. He's planning a full MDE tour with Nick, Charles and Eric next year.

Most comedians do it now because of the paranoia that they will be cancelled for telling an edgy joke, get owned by a heckler, or have a Michael Richards/Lisa Lampenelli style meltdown. Don't fall for comedian lies, they are all grifters and liars. All the comedians that you like are shit. Norm was the only good comedian.

It's not that comedians don't want their amazing sets to get leaked, they would do anything for a video of them doing standup to get popular. Comedians give away all their material on the hundreds of podcasts they do weekly anyway.

You're not even wrong. When I saw his set in Vegas he walked onstage dressed as a Texas cowboy but was doing the voice of a black guy. It was only a five or six minute routine and ended with "ooohweee a nigga gots to dookie" and he literally shat into the cowboy hat and walked off stage. The funniest thing was he left the hat there on the stage and the host has to awkwardly carry it off. I was in the fourth row and could still smell it. Somehow it was really hilarious and he got a standing ovation.

one of the most severe cases of second-hand cringe I have ever experienced is a clip of them livestreaming where, unprompted, Chris without a hint of irony just goes "does anyone in chat have a chris question?"

Chris has unintentional moments of hilarity. Like when Sam hands him his phone to read the email his father sent him and he starts reading it aloud for a second

I like Chris, he seems imo to be the most wholesome and not that much of a yes man/incel type and he does really do a lot of the "uhhhhhh idk", but the MAIN problem is that he really disagree and is kinda fed up with Sam, last streams you can really see it

Chris is better with Nick in my opinion. During Scuffed Realtor, I just want to hear Nick go at it, no back and forth necessary outside of answering super chats. Sam's streaming style involves a lot more bouncing of jokes, bits, ideas, etc. off of the people in his immediate vicinity, so when a fumble happens, it's more awkward.

Chris killed scuffed realtor for me. He has as much energy as a dead turtle on ambien, and is illiterate to boot.
Hate jet all you want (god knows i do) but at least he could read the superchats without stumbling on every third word and had some pep in his voice while doing so.
