Sorry, he is definitely on the second floor. Looking closer, this is the only part of the house that makes sense for his room to be in. I got confused by the tree shadows in the windows. Here's the link I got the pics from.

Even there he has to reach out to his sponsor every couple of weeks when his reload/sponsor expire so they can renew it for another 2 weeks. At any time they could pull the plug on the sponsorship.

His sub revenue is even worse. He doesn't have many self subscribed viewers. Maybe 50 or so that sub themselves and stay subbed. The majority come from gifted which can be volatile. He was down to 120 subs before someone gifted him hundreds.
He has to rely on a few people to gift him a lot otherwise than also falls off.

That is essentially all small streamers and they make a living out of it. It is a combination of constant subs, gifted subs and donations during stream that makes it stable. DSP has a far small audience and makes over 100k a year by squeezing his paypigs. His audience is his reliable source of incoming rather than the subs in themselves

He has said in the past that his dad wears a CPAP machine at night so that helps drown the noise a bit, but not all the time.
