I'm not going to comment on Meigh's body, it's not that remarkable. No matter how bad people think she looks, Ethan Ralph is 100x uglier.

What's remarkable is how much of a piece of shit Ethan is. Both of his children now have to grow up in a timeline where their own father released the nudes of their respective mothers. This is an absolutely insane thing to do.

I have very little sympathy for Meigh. She was warned. We all saw this coming and, despite the sea of red flags, she wanted to prove to everyone it Couldn't Happen To Her (TM).
