those appear to be cheap aviator or motorcycle goggles (Emgo makes ones for less than $30 retail) and summer-weight ill-fitting M81 BDU's (or a knock off thereof as i doubt he could afford Rothco). that also appears to be a Armiya (i would say anywhere from the 50's through the 80's) belt.
is it just me or does the star on the hat look stitched on? his pursed lips are disconcerting as well.

It is. It's just a piece of red felt. There's a better picture in one of his cosplays, but you can see the star isn't really straight or symmetrical. He couldn't even be arsed to fucking trace a pattern! Yeah, his much vaunted Commie beret is basically on the same level as a third grader's art project.
Though to be fair to Phil, I'm actually amazed he had the patience and manual dexterity necessary to sew that red felt star onto his beret without repeatedly stabbing his clumsy fat fingers with the needle. Ah who am I kidding, he probably talked someone else into doing that for him. Either way he looks like a 'tard.
Haha, well it does have a dinosaur. And the flag of Spain, and they're like totally latinxes you guys!

Phil has shown time and time again that if he has any new toy he will post pictures everywhere. Same with his ball removal, he took forever to post until he found a way to fake it (and show off his pet parasites). If philactually bought a firearm he would have posted a picture of his gun with his scribbles and makeup in the background. I'm sure he will eventually post a picture but any firearms enthusiasts will quickly debunk it and show that it is a airs oft with the orange tip shopped out or removed. If phil had a firearm (including airsoft made to look real) his interaction with the police would have gone very differently.
