Phil says that the reason so many people are dying is because there isn't enough blood donated... that's not even close to true. So far NO ONE has died, who was a part of the shooting event, because of a lack of blood donations. Pretty sure the crazy guy with guns did most of the damage.

And then Phil is saying that because this guy was able to get a job in as a security guard/cop/whatever that he wasn't ISIS...as if ISIS doesn't have people planted anywhere/everywhere to spread hate and fear.
