That backpeddle. The only reason Wu is doing this is because the "TRUMP SUPPORTERS ARE VIOLENT" meme met an unpleasant end when it became apparent that it was the Hillary supporters that started and then escalated it.

Adjust the contrast, smudge skin imperfections, blur what you've done and readjust contrast. Its pretty basic shit, you can get it done in GIMP. Makes it easier to hide the shit job when you scale the image to make it tiny.

Edit: considering bri has never worn blusher, i would say this is added post picture. Set a 15-25% opacity on a paintbrush, put a few blobs of red on cheeks and smudge/blur as said above.

Edit 2: notice how Bris collarbone and collorbone shadow is pretty much the "blusher" colour too. Someone got lazy when shooping it.
