This could likely have been the true cause of Ralph’s ban. If you look at the timing it seems Twitter was digging into users with giant block lists cause large DDoS issues on their network.

This could have led someone to manual review Ralph’s account and notice the 1000’s of reports. Ralph’s petty block list may have fucked him.
