I'm sure someone who has more esoteric Neptune family knowledge can come up with better answers then I can, but here's what I've been able to gather.
According to his dad, Jet's full legal name is Jet Orion Neptune.
His dad's legal name is Andrew Lawrence McGovern. While working illustration jobs, he decided to adopt the Johnny Neptune pseudonym.
His real name and his pseudonym are both mentioned in this article.

which makes sense, everyone with a bit of test is competitive - his cult following is as much of a validation of his output as it is an annoyance, he wants the attention in a clutch and he wants people to fuck off when he's spent
but this has the potential that his streams will get more and more and more resentful towards the audience, and his own sabotage of his own streams with bad vibes will then feed into his head-narrative wrapping around his ego why he was found, comparatively, lacking

I really hope thet don't drive this house review thing into the ground. They're trying to cram in so many reviews to milk the most money so Nick is just skimming them most of the time. Even the really funny ones he's usually like "yeah this sucks, what a hell ride. What a fucking hell ride. Fuck dude."

I’m from Massachusetts and I knew a lot of people like him: hilarious simpletons who knew everything and nothing and were just way above all the typical Brahmin assholes who went to the “right schools” and disappeared into middle management.
Edit: a lot of them were either tradesmen, in AA, or both. The best people.
