Putting someone with PCV on omeprazole, ticagrelor or warfarin, diphenhydramine or cetirizine, and they get prophylactic phlebotomy, they can live for decades. There's at least 4 that he's gotten to his house and trotted them around on camera to own his haters. Lucy Foxx, Grave Ghoul, the one with the tattoos (not Grave Ghoul), the young one where he shoved her foot in his mouth and then tried to keep her around by buying a 2nd dog.

Habitual Liars can never just be sick.

It always has to be turbo superduper-uwu-poorly-icky-sick and especially rare for maximum attention.
