I crawl into bed and chloroform myself. I have so much of the stuff and my sexual appetite, while formidable, is no where near high enough to use all of it for its intended purpose.

I usually smoke a bowl and a few cigarettes right before I lay down. It relaxes me and I sleep a lot deeper. Like someone above, I have a box fan pointed at my face and a nice thick blanket.

Sleeping with your back elevated a little, I sleep better and wake up fresh and alert since doing this. Laying flat you're literally starving your brain of oxygen. Also, don't close your curtains, waking up to sunlight gets the brain firing in the morning.
