Don't worry about those snags, folks - that's just Chupp being a retard. That's just normal for these cases (please don't look up other examples). On appeals, they'll see that the judge was bad. It's totally normal to deliver documents with twenty minutes to the deadline (please don't check on that). He's a funny and charismatic guy. I can see why people like the dude, and his variety streams are pretty enjoyable. But "con artist" is short for "confidence artist," and it seems a whole lot of people don't quite realize that you can, in fact, speak in a very commanding way about shit you know nothing about.

I'm confident that he always stressed that while he thought that the facts of the matter in their own right would have vindicated Vic, the very human courts were another matter entirely-- and more so for a classically difficult defamation case, which stood to be more difficult if he was declared a public figure.
