I know this is PL but I will disagree that a C-section pain is equal to lap surgery. With a C section it’s a good sized incision that cuts through fat and muscle. Lap surgery is nowhere near as bad. Her cunt attitude is absolutely coming off as pill seeking and that’s probably why they gave her the Norco. I feel so bad for her nurses.

I looked up the lullaby thing in hospitals, one person at this Chicago hospital complained so they no longer do the lullaby.

She would probably feel better up and moving tbh. Hospital beds fucking suck and are hard, plus laying in bed will make your muscles tight which in turn will make you hurt more. Also she probably should try to push out some farts

I normally wouldn't laugh a a woman with fertility issues who yearns to become a mother, but as has been mentioned before, if she really wanted kids she would have adopted her cousin's. That and even in 2019 she was already bitching about being poor so she never could have afforded a child anyway.

Is the endometriosis even worth mentioning now beyond grift points? Especially if the tissue or scar tissue was on like the ovaries since that tissue is usually found on other reproductive organs.

And again, if she can text about how she needs Norco now, she does not need Norco. She probably feels severe gas pain, which Norco cannot tackle. Get off your ass and walk, Polissa. They will make sure you don’t fall,

Nurses also ask if you feel safe at home and are mandated reporters. If they feel that Josh is abusing her or will when she gets home, she may be held for extra days (meaning more lullabies for Polissa to reee to).

The hospital staff will have made her walk around a handful of times already. And we all know Josh isn't gonna make sure she's up and walking for ~5 minutes at a time every hour when they get back home.

edit: if she keeps bitching that nothing is helping, they might put her on gabapentin, a pain med mostly used to treat nerve damage (very effective if oxy isn't making a dent in the pain post-mastectomy according to Mother Grim Snark) and epileptic horses. They give you at most a week of that, and then cannot be refill without doctor authorization. All you can take is extra strength Advil and Tylenol, and move.

I have had neither, but there's no way laparoscopic is as painful as a c-section. The whole point of lap is that it's less invasive and less traumatic on the body. I'm sure the nurses will be absolutely thrilled when she's discharged because she'll never need to darken their doorstep ever again.

She really does have the munchies.. and not the kind brought on by weed (this time anyways ). Once again, she fails to realize medicine is not exact science and what works for some random social media poster won't necessarily work for her.

This is difficult. I want to be sympathetic to the fact she suffered a miscarriage and might find birth-related stuff to be a sensitive topic. However, the fact she's so insufferable makes me wish someone would tell her to suck it up because the world isn't going to stop over one Debbie Downer not liking the birth lullaby music. People that think the world revolves around them grate on the nerves.

Some hospitals are going "opiate free" for minor and even orthopedic surgeries (as barbaric as that is)

I believe this is in response to the opiate class action lawsuits that alleged people were being prescribed opiates like they were candy. Thanks to that, and providers who actually did overprescribe opiates, we've gone from one extreme to another.

Can't quote @toilet_rainbow directly regarding, "Enough times that if you tried to make a drinking game out of it, you'd fucking die from it. Those nurses have to be complaining about this landwhale whining woe is me and how much paiiiiin she is in despite not even bothering to try to walk behind her back."

When someone I know was a nurse, she and her coworkers would always discuss people such as Polissa who complained excessively after having female surgery. The collective name for such patients was the "Whiney gynies." Polissa would definitely be part of that group.
