Also, Barb is literally a Zombie-Like Living Body with little remaining of Barbara (her Soul) within her anymore; that living body is Running on Fumes at this point. Then why did the hospital just send her home? Why did she go on living at the house alone without incident until the crash? Why did observers talk to her and see her acting relatively normal?

This is interesting. It sounds like another patient was maybe having a seizure (we can only speculate) and Chris took it upon himself to try some woo woo magic on them. Or maybe Chris just suggested that it’s what should be done and a nurse told him No.
We don’t know that the restraint chair incident was connected to the “Demon-Exorcism” incident. We had been assuming he threw a tantrum when he found out he was going to jail instead of freedom because Chris said the restraints came out right before he left. But he might have been restrained more than once. It wouldn’t surprise me.
