The BBQ was just raising money to try to get lgtb people into rock climbing (which is kinda weird cause I don't know of anyone who was declined access to a rock climbing community because they're lgtb. I don't rock climb though so maybe I'm ignorant.)

It’s really hard for pre-op transwomen to rock climb when they’re spouting euphoria boners. The symbolic slicing of the BBQ sausages and reimagining them into handcrafted meat flowers would have unified the community and destigmatized the completely non-sexual arousal of any stunning transwomen climbers.
Also the transmen would have been allowed to pour the charcoal and clean up afterwards.
