This feels like your typical sad but common case of "Girl born into a family of hardcore Slavs who really wanted a son/grandson but got a
daugther instead " and because of that her family tried taking advantage of the fact she's a tomboy or butch to make her into a son/grandson they can't have.

Its kinda okay think the character is coded in a certain way If shows bright signs (which is generally usual for cartoons because of their hypertrophied)
For example, I see the wife in the spy family as autistic, but her strange behavior is created for the sake of comedy.
But these morons do this to all the characters and start to attack you if you don't agree with their look at the character.
As for these shows... Morons take ANY questionable gender topic and make it about troons.
Zombieland saga really had a trans and even a mini trans flag.

and Wonder Egg Priority (there was a jacket in the colors)

Not to out my location too much but I live near this dude and saw him the other weekend. He dresses like a silver statue and logs how long it has been since he fucked a woman on his facebook. I recommend checking it out, its a disaster. When I saw him acting like a statue (though leaning against a lamp post to avoid effort) he had kids posing next to him as parents smiled and took photos. Bad faith and all that, but these troons may actually be autistic. Kathryn Hahn has a big-ish nose, but she does not have the obvious male forehead. TIFs sound more natural because testosterone actually makes their larynx grow, changing the timbre of their voice. It's the timbre that differentiates male and female voices, much more than pitch.
Male troons aren't so lucky as there is no way to shrink their larynx, so they just concentrate on pitch and exaggerated speech patterns. To put it another way, you can play high notes on a guitar, but it's not going to sound like a ukulele
