Exactly. Troons are not known for their grip on reality, and as I said previously, they really think its possible to change their sex when that is just a fantasy. To be fair some of this is pushed by certain trans rights groups/doctors who make bank on these surgeries, but they would rather believe the fantasy, which is why so many are against detransitioners.
