There's a YouTuber called Prepper Princess. I disagree with her on a lot of points but one thing she recommended is something I do now. She said she keeps care packages in her backpack or in her car. They contain a new pair of socks, a fliptop can of soup, tea or coffee, a toothbrush, toothpaste,, a bar of soap, a washcloth, a bottle of water. All told, costs about $7. And makes a huge difference to someone homeless, especially with a few extra bucks for a burger or chili.

I think a little kindness goes a long way.

One of the shelters in my area does this for men who aren't able to get a bed because the shelter is at capacity or they are intoxicated.

If you're looking for other stuff to put in, granola or protein bars, fruit leather, individual bags of chips or popcorn, beef jerky, or other small, portable snacks are great and won't spoil in your car. Additional non-food items could include deodorant, Band-Aids, those instant hand warmer packets, travel bottles of over the counter meds (ibuprofen, Pepto-Bismol, Imodium, that kind of thing), lip balm, zip ties, a cheap headlamp, or warm gloves. I have also heard about people keeping magazines in their car for this. When you're homeless, you spend a lot of time just kind of waiting around and it's nice to have something to read that is small and light. You could even put all the stuff in a big water bottle or travel mug.

Another suggestion I really like is carrying various $5-10 gift cards to local fast food joints or coffee shops. A lot of these places won't let you sit inside unless you buy something, but once you buy a cup of coffee or a small french fry or something, you're welcome to sit for quite awhile as long as you're not disturbing anyone. Particularly during very hot or very cold weather, I really love the idea of helping someone get out of the elements for a few hours, and I think this is a great alternative for those who are uncomfortable giving cash to homeless people.

But not recognizing changes for what they are seems weird; I mean, she recognizes clothes don’t fit the same, but can’t recognize her belly is bigger and saggier? Can’t she feel it? Thin people who gain a pound or two in their belly from bloating or whatever don’t think it’s because their boobs shrunk.l, so why does a 600 lb person?

Weight delusion is fascinating.
 
Her makeup and skin care products would actually be a great thing to donate to women's shelters. She's got loads of unused makeup and products.
 
Dude we don't even know if her shits she says are 2x is 2x. The odds are Anna is buying the biggest size in everything and still doesn't fit. She's every bit of an 8x pushing 9x or 10x. Think of this way... one of those baggy shirts Billie Ellish wears are a male 3x. The average male line backer 6'6 319lbs wears a 3-4x. If you layed that out it wouldn't make up half of the size of that damn "I'm fat lets party" smock. That thing covered a whole dining room table, jesus!

You need to remember that on someone of normal BMI, a weightgain of 5-10 pounds is a whole dress size... And bloating can give that degree of gain overnight. They are going to feel it and to see it. On someone Anna's size, a dress size is more like 50lbs...they can't physically gain that in a day or two so they really won't notice it like those who are smaller. Significant weightgain creeps up on them and they won't realise it until it's happened

Seeing pictures of The Monster of the Palace always make me sad. What a life.

Stuff is loose not because her boobs got "smaller" but because they got more flat and saggy. She is rapidly aging and the alcohol and the sugar and her obvious mental stress create massive amounts of inflammation which is eating up all her collagen, ruining her connective tissue. Drinking and donuts are only fun when you are in your 20s.

Also I can't with the dresses she kept to presumably actually wear. Bitch, not even 20 year-olds wear these unironically.

Because cup size is calculated as the difference between two measurements (1) circumference when measured just under the bust (band size), and (2) circumference measured around the fullest part of the bust. If the difference between those two numbers is 1", that person is an A cup. 2" and it's a B cup, and so on. It doesn't matter how much you weigh. If Bella Hadid is 34" around the ribs and 35" around her bust, she's an A cup. If Anna is 60" around her ribs, and 61" around her bust, she is also an A cup.

However, when that system of measurement was originally created, I am sure it didn't consider that some women one day would have enough back fat to skew the whole system.

I was wondering the same thing with Amber too who is also has small boobs, it's just shit genetics really. Like the previous poster mentioned, cup size is a ratio, that's why band size is also important when listing your cup size because a 30A has less volume than a 60A. A lot of women tend to overestimate their band size and underestimate their cup size. Anna has never had a properly fitting bra in her entire life.

This. Also because of how plus sized clothing is made, and even just cheap clothing, it’s all elasticized. If a plus sized person invested in some pieces that don’t stretch I’d bet they would be more stable. Even deathfats. Cause when you begin feeling the clothes getting more snug, you’re more likely to gently self correct.

Tbf, smol boobs are not bad genetics in and of themselves- they look cute/sexy af on slim women. It's the mismatch between size 32 Anna and tiny boobs that's unfortunate- it further obscures female secondary sex characteristics. Anna's 600lbs is not genetic. On non overweight women it's fine as any other boob.
It may actually be a whole other horror show if Anna had bigger boobs (think Tess Holliday and This Ass cleavage)

Yeah, the weight itself isn't genetic, I was referring to body shape and weight distribution in general being genetic, but yeah, I agree that it would be more horrifying since the lower body is already horrifying enough
