It's weird how much he say he is not like others streamers, yet he still wonder why he isn't as successful.
"Popular streamers don't play gay as "music" that is just a voice clip repeated for 5 min, why are they popular?!?!"

It was explained in the old thread but he quit and the game makes that person forfeit all the remaining holes with the maximum amount of strokes before they said fuck it which I think is six over par.

Reminder that, statistically speaking, Phil made more money in viewer donations than literally every other streamer on Twitch, including the big-names like Pokimane and Amouranth.
DSP has the pleasure of experiencing one of the most lucrative streaming careers ever, what makes him a lolcow is that he fucking squandered it and find a way to continue to do so still.

My best guess is that if the snort fort got put up for sale the actual closing price will not be anywhere near the $520K it is "valued" at.

I'm far from an expert but I suspect that the place is just plain overvalued and combine that with 7 years of neglect Phil might not even be able to make any money on a sale.

This may be TMI, but whatever. To answer your question: no, it's not. When I was in Washington, having my trash picked up was NEVER an issue and never once did I have to "go to the dump." and dump my trash. For my old couch, I called in a "bulk pickup.", which was an extra $50 to my bill to have them come pick it up.

Keep in mind, Phil has admitted that him and Kat "don't have money." *Shock* and they've had to put it in the garage and they make a dump run, while they have it picked up every two weeks.

One can only IMAGINE the smell of rotten food, rotten DoorDash containers, Jaspers piss and shit kitty litter, empty gin bottles, etc...all in the garage of his mature adult house.

This is one reason we know he's full of shit about supposedly dropping the games one day. He doesn't have the cajones to drop the fucking gamer act. He knows he's not convincing, but that's not what hurts him. What hurts him is acknowledging it, even if he does so without saying the words. And he would be doing that if he ever stopped playing games on stream.

There is no limit to what kinds of long-term problems Phil will subject himself to in order to avoid a slight bit of brief discomfort. He won't enjoy or even really prefer it, but he'll run headlong into it every time anyway, just because something slightly scary happens to flash past. I mean FFS, all he had to do back in 2008 was take the "I've only recently gotten into video games" approach and he could've staved off, for years, the still inevitable problems from still being stuck at Level 1 forever. But no, he had to lie and act like he was better than everybody, compounding what was already going to be a rough ride for him as he displayed his skill being less than that of a 12 year-old with Down's syndrome. Just because it was too hard to be honest about something no one gives a fuck about UNTIL you lie about it.

He would never be ABLE to sell it, because I guarantee you he hasn't learned his lesson from when he refused to sell the CT condo under any circumstances other than that which left MidFirst holding a bag of shit. And if the WA condo has gone down enough in value, that will make it even more assured that the bank will go "LOL No, pigroach." when he tries to short-sell it.

Of course, this is moot anyway because he's going to die of alcohol abuse in there, and if Kat calls it "home", she's out on her ass and isn't selling anything (except maybe her services as a steed).
