I'm not the one who follows streamers (except Phil but it's from an anthropological point of view) but a streamer should have a little charisma, a little flair. Be able to behave and be a little nice and spontaneous with their fans. The game itself is basically secondary.

However, Phil has never shown any natural joy or goodwill towards his viewers. A cold demenor that only breaks up when whining or begging for money. Phil is a fucking grinch who reacts with banning fans if there jokes are to mean about him. We are talking about a 40 year man who gets jealous when one in his chat gets too much attention. Phil is just beyond tragic now.
The funny thing about this is that Phil's behavior is far from unique; I'm not even talking about people already on this board who pull this shit like Wings, or Phil-adjacent people like BadBunny. I'm in the vtuber community and there are a suprising amount of indies who hold contempt for collaborating creators and their own fans, seeing them as nothing more than wallets to fuel gacha or art addictions...and will usually feign financial distress in order to get what they want. Their only saving grace is that they're not big enough for most people to give a shit about outside of the overall vtubing fandom. Phil somehow transcends his own bubble and is usually cited as an example of how not to behave on a stream, yet plenty of people have just as little charisma as he does and still find whales.

The worst part of Phil's behavior is he should know better. I expect a young twentysomething who got too famous too fast have fucked priorities. Phil is a 40 year old career streamer and still acts like he started 6 months ago.

Strangely enough I think it was friday's babbling therapy session where he mentioned he doesn't have the money for a tax attorney or to pay someone to "do" his taxes which is why he has to take 3 night streams off..

then like 5 mins later he said he needs to take this time off to get the information together to send to his "tax attorney", so there's that too.
Phil Burnell tactical semantic mode: ACTIVATE.

Phil normally just hands over all his paperwork, unorganized (think pages of Paypal printouts), to the tax attorney to sort through and deal with. He pays extra for this. Because he doesn't have a credit card to dump the cost on to, he "can't afford" to do that, so now he's half-assing the organizing and then handing that over to the tax professional. So he's still paying, but it's just for the preparation and submission of the taxes, not the extra busy work.

Even if the IRS did an audit he would get away with it.

We all know Phil is including his mobile game spending with legitimate business expenses, but unless the IRS cross-reference his stream content against his accounts they won't catch it.

It's never going to happen, but do report him by all means because reporting someone for fraud isn't organising gay ops. Why should our American friends pay taxes while Phil cheats the system?
There's actually a pretty solid argument that it's American citizen's "patriotic duty" to report the scam Phil is perpetuating with his frauds to the proper authorities for them. Because of that fact only, I don't consider discussing official reports being in shape as an op, actually collaborating and being a personal army for them, that's a touch too much though. At least personally it is for me. I won't gawk at someone using the correct official channels to deal with the suspected criminal behavior though, that's why the tax payers fund these reporting agencies after all in the first place. So with that out of the way, onto this instead;
Thank you for your advice everyone, here are the fixed forms. Is there anything else that should be changed?

You want his Bank of America info in this, that's where the paypal is deposited to daily and that's where the most evidence of bankruptcy and tax fraud currently are documented from, throw the paypal info into the notes and switch the BofA info into its place on the form. Probably can check "Failure to pay tax", "Wagering/Gambling", and "False/Altered Documents" too. Also, fill up the description lines as full as possible, then put your "(see attached sheet)" for what's left, I know there's a lot of info to attempt to dump on one government form but don't worry about them having to remember what you filled in as much as you could before needing more room as they look to the other sheet, they'll keep it together. Be sure to include the bankruptcy proceeding case number if you're intent on connecting the current act of tax evasion directly stemming from that fraudulent pleading. Basically provide them the strings to make a bow out of as much as possible and don't expect them to follow an autistic tome of lore, just the financial facts that lead to the criminal lies as best as have been revealed to everyone paying attention. Also personally I wouldn't suggest you hold your breath waiting for them to drop the hammer on him, but you never know, I've seen stranger things happen...

If Phil was smart (he is not) he would stream old videos on his day off or during the streams he has to do taxes. I bet he would get some donations from those rerun streams. Also it wouldn't be seen as odd, since on Twitch there is a function to do rerun streams. Also there are Lofi/rerun streams on YouTube too.

Doing this would allow him create a chat room for his audience when he is not streaming, showcase classic dsp content which may bring in new people (not really but it doesn't hurt to try), and an easy way to make extra income when not "working". And when he needs to "work" he can unlist the video to get those views and it doesn't have to flood his channel feed. I don't know if you can do this but he could put those rerun streams in a public playlist but have the videos unlisted, that way it doesn't flood the feed inbox but it can be there for fans to go back and chill with those videos.

He could even do a Lofi stream on these non-work days where he plays his shitty dsp music while having his dumb fan art on loop or have a custom animated art like other Lofi channels do. Also this would be a great opportunity to advertise his merch store, patreon, and other crap.

Lastly, he could even setup little activities on the stream so his wheelchairs can engage in, like Stream Avatars where viewers can have little 16-bit game characters fight each other, fight bosses, and other activities. Also Streamlabs (I assume StreamElements too) have tools to create a game in chat like a DnD adventure. Plus Streamlabs has an overlay where if the viewers donate, sub, and do other money/nonmoney related activities it causes damage to a HP bar for the Boss on the overlay. This awards fans with chat points, which I don't know if Phil has it enabled but I know he could do it since other detractors on YouTube have channel points in chat. Why do this? Lets face it his audience are slow or children and using these channel points and boss tools would entertain them during these rerun streams.

Honestly, this pigroach complains about not making money on his days off but this would be a great idea to do to make income when not working. The only issue would be trolls, but just have some mods in there to handle that shit. If you do this Phil DONT disable the chat, people will not have a reason to go to these Rerun/Lofi streams if chat is disabled. That is one of the biggest reasons why people go to those lofi channels, to talk to random people just chilling.

Why I am giving Phil this advice? Because I want to see if he is willing to do this and if he does do it, I want to see how he can fuck up such a simple concept as reruns. Also I know you take my advice Phil like you did with the Pokemon tip naming (your welcome fucker), so take this idea too, IDGAF. But my optimism is low since you are a lazy fuck who takes over a week to find receipts and give them to your tax guy. So I have no expectations you navigating through stream elements to find these tools, let alone setup a rerun stream.

holy shit he's an idiot, but like a special idiot who gets worse as time goes on, perhaps this is what happens when gin rot, dementia and gout combine?

Hawaiian isn't American it's a different culture, it's 50th state culture that all they use is spam, wait no sorry "spam in a can" which I guess that means in that unknown foreign way off culture of, Hawaii, they must not even take the spam out of the can before they cook it, sorry BBQ it. Also he never has had Korean BBQ but also know all about Korean BBQ.

oh fuck he's so stupid.

EDIT - WAT?

Lego Star wars that goes from EP 1-9 apparently has an ongoing narrative, it's like a big adventure game. Apparently, star wars, has a narrative...star wars, that small IP no one has heard of and there's no lore or world behind it, who knew? He seriously was surprised that a STAR WARS game that covers all the movies has a "narrative".

He literally called them immigrants yesterday. The brain rot is really kicking in to high gear.

Ranting about Radahn again...fucking christ, he acts like FromSoft gives a shit about social media. They don't. Radahn needed a nerf and he was hit harder than intended, so they brought him back up after players tested him.

Oh, and Radahn is mandatory. You just don't have to do the shit he unlocks.

So DSP passed the boss when it was easy mode, Got it.

The swine is very sensitive without access to a regular mudbath - 52 degrees equals scalding heat, 45 is quite cold and chilly.

Only reason why he is salty about the Radahn situation is he can't gloat about it because everyone knows the fight was nerfed into the ground. He loves to gloat about beating bosses others struggled against in a few tries and Fromsoft took that away from him.

The real funny part is that he's blaming everyone else for the fact it took him so long to reach Radahn in the first place
Elden Ring was out for a month before the nerf, Phil was dragging his feet and getting as overpowered as possible before it was time to fight the boss. The reason he found the patch upsetting was because he knew who Radahn was and everyone was hyping him up, he wanted to stomp Radahn for bragging rights like he did Margit
It's also why he got so angry when Godrick killed him by the end of his schedule, he was so mad about being denied his chest-thumping that he took to being a Twitter Karen. A nerf for a boss Phil was already fighting and about to kill was fine, makes you think.
