Here comes the medical arch. Okay, this maybe TMI, but I'm training to be a Registered Nurse and I can give some hindsight into Phil's soon to be failing health.

All jokes aside, if Phil is having numbness in his left side - okay, Physiology lesson here, if you start to feel numbness on your left side, that is connected to the left ventricle of your heart. The left ventricle flows 02 hemoglobin (oxygen-rich blood) through the aortic valve, which regulates that oxygen rich blood through one's entire body, including major organs. If one starts to feel numbness on the left side, there is a HIGH correlation for MAJOR issues to arise, especially in Phil's case. Phil did mention that he was feeling "numbness" in his legs, especially his left, if my recollection serves me correctly. One of those issues includes fluid backup in the abdomen, legs, and feet. Also, a HIGH chance of building fluid in your lungs! Basically, Phil can dry drown internally without realizing it. Also, because Phil has poor cardiovascular support, he does have "shortness of breath." after wadding a few steps. Remember how he was out of breath for doing those push-ups? Yeah! There might be a correlation with his left ventricle. Again, I'm not a doctor or a Nurse Practitioner and I cannot give a clinical diagnosis. That was a simple assessment of what I've noticed about the pigroach recently.

Phil has claimed that he "slept on his heart wrong.", again NOT anatomically POSSIBLE to explain the numbness, but this is a serious issue. I know Phil won't see a doctor to get blood work done, as he claimed he "doesn't have the money.", along with his poor diet and very little exercise. Phil has claimed that he does have "very expensive medical insurance." due to him being self-employed.

Another thing I want to mention is that the left ventricle MAY play a part in Phil's cognitive function. You see, the left ventricle also can hinder one's cognitive functions if one has a set of oncoming heart disease. In simple terms, Phil MAY - again, I cannot say what it is, as I'm NOT a GP or a NP, he MAY be developing heart disease - again, this is a hypothesis as to why Phil is having trouble grasping simple concepts in video games and his immediate thought is "blaming the game.", on top of his low cognitive ability. Again, this is STRICTLY a hypothesis.

Phil, being a "mature adult." is making time to take care of yourself. You need to make time to at LEAST talk to your GP, get blood work done, and actually see what's wrong with you. Or, don't! Continue to eat like shit, drink like you're a frat brat on your 20's, and watch your health fail like your business.

This is an excellent assessment, thanks for sharing.

Given his sedentary lifestyle for nearly all of his life, it was only a matter of time before his fading youth forces it to catch up with him. I'm sure he is at a high risk of atherosclerosis (arterial plaque build up) and hypertension. I'm not sure if sleep apnea has been noted but I'd be surprised if he doesn't have that already. Type 2 diabetes is another possibility.

The sad implication here is that, similar to Chris, he probably has favorable genetics to stave off such issues for as long as he has despite his complete neglect of his own health.

Sorry for harping on about Phils clown car, but my tism can't really let it go just yet.

So fucktard will have payed $378x12x6=$27216 for a 2017 Toyota Corolla when he finally owns it? Plus all the incidental costs that goes with owning a car, a car neither him or the horse actually needs?

Very mature adult move by Phil, and we are the moron idiots? Sure whatever.

"my hand is numb but i'm not going to the doctor idiot" i hope this is something very serious that hits him hard as fuck very very quickly, stupid fucking retard
I see the same as the back pain ironically after how this new chair is doin so much for him to alleviate this while still leaning forward to read the TV in his "Golem Get Ye Gone" pose.

Then there is the JASPER UTI stuff along with the many other health concerns he brings up by exaggerating the symptoms and then later being "Stop worrying about it guys just stop talking about it I'm fine fuckin shut up".

It's just wanting pity with a side of scam here. But I'm always hoping for it to be an actual thing.

So first he had thumb numbness and now leg numbness? If it's spreading like that and it takes over his left arm or left side of the body, I have really bad news for Phil. Sure it could be several minor things, but given his lifestyle I would be paying very close attention.
Took a fair while however, but this whole medical arc was expected. He did have a nice slow buildup, starting with his back pain some time ago. Well done Phil, can't wait for the emergency stream.

Numbness in extremities could be caused by a herniated disc which would jive with his bad back. But sedentary lifestyle, poor diet, alcohol consumed in large quantities? I'm leaning towards diabetes.

Sure, Phil would have been better off buying something used given his financial situation at the time but Renton is not a walkable neighborhood. You need a car to get around.

That makes a lot of sense for an actual person, that goes outside like at all.

But Phil only leaves home once a week so back to my cab solution.

Almost anything would have been better than what he chose to do, fuck it even a moped would make more sense, and I for one would like to live in a world where there is a chance for a picture of Phil on a moped.

Dislocated my elbow once, and it was get a surgery that might not work or just live with occasional numbness and lack of feeling in grip strength. Phil is just stoking out.

Maybe Phil could try some of those DDP Yoga DVDs he has.

I read that as $2721.60 and thought it was an okay deal. 27 grand isn't that outlandish for an off the lot Corolla with a few options and dealer upsells like undercoat and other shit for rubes.

Problem is Phil could have bought a used car outright for 5 figures and never made another payment.

$27K IS outlandish IMO if this listing price was $18K, the only upside I can see in this scenario is that he might be able to get a decent price if he sells it the second he is done paying the loan as I'm sure there isn't much wear and tear.

But chances are that if he does the dealer will fuck him over on the new deal as Phil really does fall for any and all marketing tricks, and will likely do fuck all research before making the deal.

Without even disliking her husband, she doesn't want to do anything with him, because apparently she just doesn't like anything.
Nigger this is a stretch. Not wanting to "run errands" on her day off =/= doesn't want to do anything with him.

We know what some of her interests are. Video games, anime/manga, watching playthroughs on Youtube. A lot of your Kat takes are tinfoil as fuck for no apparent reason other than you just really love to type a lot of stuff.

For a normal person yeah but he didn't get as hosed as some rubes. That italian haggling prowess made sure he agreed to an extra 9k of custom, robust upgrades and not the $15k they offered initially.

Phil dont listen to anyone here. Only braindead immature children who don't know how life works go to annual check-ups or get routine bloodwork done or go see a doctor when something hurts or feels off. It will go away on its own, especially if you get a little of that seattle air. Plus you cant risk if you do make an doctor's appointment that kats minimum wage retail job will schedule her for that day and obviously that's more important than your health.

And no I'm not just saying this because I want to see you have a heart attack or stroke on stream. Seriously whatever you do, do not go see a doctor ever for any reason. The American healthcare system is trash anyway and they'll never actually let you get an appointment so don't even try.

I definitely like the gumption! It does sound like some pretty basic bitch peripheral neuropathy to me however. The common heart attack symptom of left arm pain/numbness is related to the fact that there are neurological pathways shared by the arm and heart which can be triggered by coronary ischemia.

He actually mentioned in this very rant that at some point in the past he received an MRI which showed spinal disc herniation/protrusion. I'm not sure if he described at any point if it was cervical (neck/shoulder/upper extremities affected) vs. lumbosacral (lower extremities affected), but if I just had this one rant to go off of, I would say we might be looking at C5, C6, or C7 radiculopathy since he also mentioned that he lost feeling in his thumb during a FGC tournament in the past.

But again without basic shit like a blood panel it's hard to say without getting completely speculative 🤷

He's blind enough that he had to get glasses to get his license renewed before he left CT, so that's 1 ding. He also talked about getting a speeding ticket from a camera system in a school zone. Probably not the only he's gotten, so with that and the general unwillingness to change anything, $212/month is believable.

Phils life is empty beyond belief. I listened to some talk radio back in the day and once the host said something along the lines: "Well I can't do much more than X hours a day, because otherwise I had no time to go out and experience stuff to talk about!", which was very true for that specific kind of show.

That is why he blows up his birthday, any holiday or any big game release up. It fills the void that other people fill with their life experience and accumulated knowledge.

The only thing he is good at is earning money. But then again. Most people do not care about earning 100+ k a year. They care about being able to spend that amount of money and even here he is an objective failure. Doordash and sweaty man jpegs.
This is why the Phil's Day Off™ bullshit exists. He will stretch driving in traffic to go shopping for 2 hours once a week into a fucking Akira Kurosawa epic. If you have absolutely no life, a can of soup costing 30 cents more than usual is a life event.

How could you forget she used to collect swords, like a true edgelord. She had none, but you know, don't think about it.
I have no idea why someone would just straight up claim she has no interests, just because she thinks wrestling is gay and won't watch it with Phil.

Phil doesn't even listen to music lmfao. If anything she seems to have more interests than he does.
