With regards to buying Kiwi-affiliated merch to wear in the wild, I honestly couldn't think of a patch that would make me laugh more than this:

Had an idea for a Ralph-related one. Mockup below. Really wanted to have the Portuguese flag colors as the background, but I'm thinking that might make the design too busy, so I'll probably settle for a plain red or plain green background instead.

I agree. I think the patch should be reflective of Kiwi Farms and it's unique culture and not specific lolcows.

Of course Chris is hugely significant historically and for the site so I understand including him for at least 1 of the patches if there is multiple but not everything has to be about specific lolcows.

YES!

Sneed also runs the risk of being completely dated one day for that reason. Like You're The Man Now Dog or I haz cheezburger, pwnage etc etc.

In my view once something has become mainstream and has proliferated like sneed has it's jumped the shark.
