Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Until we see real movement this is all midterms bravado, the GOP could just as easily take over congress and proceed to cuck on everything and do absolutely nothing as they've done for more than a decade

That’s actually a LOT easier than doing anything else, which explains why that’s exactly what the GOP will do. They’ll put on an act, maybe even impeach Biden in the House while knowing the votes aren’t there in the Senate to convict, but it always ends the same. Full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

Putting a justice on the Supreme Court is different from banning abortion. "If you defeat your enemies, they win" suggests that banning abortion will somehow "defeat" the Democrats and afterward they won't have political power anymore. That isn't the case; it would massively boost their supporters and give them an issue to motivate turnout, just like how Proposition 8 was the last gasp of Republicans in California that galvanized the gay political machine to crush them.

If people are like "uh oh, now I can't have casual sex without risking parenthood," it'll light a fire under them to change the law and vote out the people responsible for banning abortion. All the woke idiocy they preach, the tranny bathroom laws and CRT and homeless aid doesn't have that kind of power to move people because it doesn't directly affect their lives and choices. People support it because it reinforces their "enlightened" self-image but far fewer will actually volunteer and sacrifice time and money for it. If abortion is banned you'll see people volunteer for the Democrats who were never involved in political organizing before, people who aren't just doing it to fill a space on their resume so they can move up to more important political work.

And why am I supposed to care about unborn babies anyway? If Person A can't survive but for Person B, Person B is still within their rights to disassociate from them, the same as I wouldn't dispute the right of the Chandlers to evict Chris like they should have done. "Compassion for the voiceless and the less fortunate" is the reason the left gives for wanting to send tax money to increase birthrates in the third world and allow enemy invaders across our borders. Unwanted children go to the jails, the street corners and the tent cities and shore up the ranks of Democrat voters.

Proposition 8 failed because niggers told faggots to piss off, otherwise it was going to pass.

And it got overturned like everything else against the will of the people by the CA State Supreme Court and the state government did not try to appeal just like they didn't appeal iirc, that one proposition to stop illegals using state benefits because one judge told the entire state to fuck off.

And they doing this shit in North Caroline with the State Supreme Court just point blank saying Voter ID is racist against niggers but offers no proof.

The real victory for faggots getting gay marriage was SCOTUS finally making a ruling on it as other states unlike California, passed it on the first try.

The GOP in California are already pathetic and were failures that didn't know how to appeal to people, which is why Arnold was the only GOP politician when he won the recall at the state level.
