Unfortunately, this has already happened. I can't remember the infant's name off the top of my head, but there's at least one semi-famous "trans kid" whose mother decided to trans him from babyhood (iirc he was at most three) because he reached for his sister's pink blanket instead of his own blue blanket. I'm not even exaggerating that, she literally said she knew he was a "girl" because he, a literal toddler, wanted a pink blanket. (But the evil "cis TERFs" are the ones enforcing gender roles, right? ...right?)

What the ever loving fuck….little kids don’t think like that. Maybe the sisters blanket was closer, maybe he liked the material better or better yet, maybe he loves his sister and her blanket was comforting to him. You know that mom was praying for a sign her kid was trans so she could troon him out.
Feminists used to irritate the shit out of me but I definitely agree with the Terfs.

I remember laughing at that then realising the material they were bringing into the curriculum wasn't harmless and much of hit was designed to confuse kids, something in schools that’s more popularly exposed now especially in America. Basically, it was general woke garbage and the Muslim protest was actually pretty warranted even if it seems like they just got lucky that the material was genuinely weirdly sexualised woke gay/troon propaganda, cause they probably would have protested either way.

With most of these parents, it's not so much that they desperately want their children to be trans (although these days there certainly are some of those) but more that they are absolutely desperate not to have a gay child, and they associate gender non-conformity of any kind (a boy playing with dolls or liking pink, for example) with homosexuality. Most of the parents of these "trans kids," especially the little boys who were transed from infancy for liking sparkles too much, are from religious backgrounds where having a gay child would be considered extremely shameful, whereas having a "straight" child who just happened to be "born in the wrong body" is much more socially acceptable. Some of them have even outright admitted it.
You can read this article here from trans-kid Kai Shappley's mother - she also transitioned her son before he hit preschool. Count how many times she talks about how nervous she was about people thinking her son could be gay, how afraid she was to have a gay child, how she didn't support the "gay lifestyle", etc. But she's perfectly happy to have a "straight" trans "daughter". (The worst part of this to me is that she had this poor kid so indoctrinated about gender roles that he was declaring himself a "girl" by the age of three because he didn't know that boys could like "girl things". And no one questioned it. They continue to not question it. It's disgusting.)
Unfortunately, that's not the case I was thinking of. I found an article here that mentions the incident I referenced, the trans child in question is Coy Mathis. 100% guarantee this person is an unreliable narrator. Dating a 20 year old when you're also still in your 20s, even at the very tail end of the decade, does not get one called a pedo. Nor does dating short women with small breasts, there are lots of short 20 year olds with small breasts. Dunno if this has been posted yet or not, but there is an ongoing controversy involving the "Tabletop Simulator" game.
The initial problem stems from troons going intovarious games the global chatroom, saying "uwu did you know I'm a tranny", and then getting kicked by global moderators for bringing their sexual fantasies into a fucking boardgame simulator. This resulted in a wave of negative reviews on Steam, and eventually the company behind Tabletop Simulator shut down all chat across the service to "review their moderation practices". This, however, was not enough for some people.
Another example of why you should never, ever, ever bend the knee to these "people".
