Fuck hip-hop and trap for ruining lofi. As soon as lofi hit the scene it immediately got gummed up by canned, tinny hip-hop beats and trap garbage.

She's probably one of the only pop artists I actually like.
I think ghetto-culture rap/trap (basically the shit all over TikTok that all the eThots love), modern electronic music and some other stuff comes to mind.
It's not exactly much effort to go grab a Roland SC-55 SoundFont, do a wank and clean up the cumstains while a pirated copy of FL Studio is running, rap about how you're "down with dem bitches from da hood" and spam the vocal sample 20 times over and then release it on SpergCloud as some kind of cacophonic hit of a song.
Reggae/ska is fine, particularly older stuff (anyone remember Judge Dread?) and in terms of electronic music I mostly like early 90s-mid 2000s techno, trance, house, hardcore, jungle and big beat.
I love industrial metal/rock despite how distorted and noisy it is often enough, Love grunge too, but hate post grunge as most post-grunge artists are lacking much in the way of energy imo. Punk had potential IMO (NMTB is one of my favourite albums mainly due to the orgasmic guitar sound) but it became too much of a dress style and people doing it just to be " haha we're rebellious cunts fuck you" rather than anything else. Pop-punk was stupid though, defeated the literal point of punk lol.
I hate Britpop (think Oasis/Blur shit), most of those bands are/were uninspired shit. Post-Britpop was even worse, Coldplay might just have one of the most boring vocalists ever. I could mumble more vividly than he sings. (Pulp, Radiohead, Feeder and Stereophonics were all pretty fucking good though.)
Btw, check out the Darkness, probably the only true post-glam band out there. The frontman also has a YT channel and he's just so goddamn chilled out. Makes me wanna learn music theory and I don't even have a musical ear lol
