Chicken without the skin is a good option if you want meat, also Turkey (cuts like breast and boneless thighs are what I eat, I skin off every bit of fat because I hate how chewy cooked animal fat is), rice without butter or any kind of fat might sound awful but it isnt the worst thing in the world if you season it, boiled plain potatoes with salt & pepper are good if you want an alternative to butter-rich mashed potatoes, legumes generally dont need any fat if you cook them right, salads are a good option if you can cope with the idea of eating a salad that isnt drenched in dressing or olive oil
TLDR:
Chicken (boneless, skinless), Turkey, Cod, Tilapia / Ground beef or lamb if you use lean cuts
Rice without fat tastes ok if you season it
Boiled plain potatoes with salt & pepper taste better than it sounds
Legumes are your best friend (not peanuts)
Steamed vegetables (Broccoli with garlic and lemon juice dressing is pretty alright)
Egg whites (I'd rather die)
Vegetables like cucumbers, tomatoes and
peppers are what I snack on 90% of the time
Pickled anything except eggs I suppose (Unless you have issues with sodium intake too)
