It is one of the fascinating aspects of him. The need to look ''badass'' ,''to cool for school''. Pretending to so very immersed in games while also being to much of an Alpha Chad to care about games like some nerd.

I would be very interested if someone from his highschool ever did a sort of ''tell all'' just so we could confirm much of what we speculate about, as to why Dave is so.....well like Dave.

It's pretty simple, really: he's a child. That's why he runs from responsibility, enjoys potty humor, can't handle being made fun of for anything, never stops lying about anything, doesn't like taking care of himself, always has to be "right" to the point of accepting that he's always going to be legit wrong as a result, refuses to address his addiction, bitches every time he doesn't get his way, is unfathomably selfish, feels threatened by virtually everything, didn't fuck Leanna, only enjoys games when he's winning at them... I could go on forever but you get the point.

Phil isn't capable of seeing how pathetic he looks, nor would he react appropriately even if he did, because he never grew up and never will.

Sorry it's 25 minutes but I personally kinda like digging into the financials and theorising if Phil was full of shit or not.

what a sad man. most streamers don't really get dressed up (i mean dress up formally) but i think his facial hair combined with the horrible background layout makes him look like an old washed-up celeb who has a show in some vegas hotel to get as much money as they can before they retire.

what I got from this is one of a few things here..

1. he thought about mincrafting IRL and the talk about jumping off a cliff got to him
2. he has mommy issues and the talk about peter's mom dying got to him
3. he's an emotional drunk
4. He knows no one will mourn him when he dies
5. $8 in tips

Truth of the matter is PP is a narcissist and has no empathy, we've seen this so many times THUS it wasn't that whole "damn what do you say here" cause this is sad, that was a "how would human react to emotion?"

He did look at chat when Draxx was talking scanning for tips so his attention wasn't on the scene.

Going to be AHNest here I think it's was a combination of all but 5 and 3 were the biggest contributors.

The 'game remained at a high level'... what does that even mean? In terms of quality? Also he's calling out 'attendance dwindling' instead of mentioning the stream being slow (with $74 in tips), after years of squawking about views not mattering. And this is of course GTA's fault... because it's so successful. Phil knew this was coming, but he's acting surprised and didn't do anything to rectify the situation other than point out that he called it.

This will be used to beg, even though shy of a copyright strike, this is the worst-case scenario with this videos and it really means nothing other than a delay.

Judgement, a game that has been going for months and has repeatedly exceeded the tips goal, and which Phil acknowledged will regularly draw less money and he's fine with it... is now getting a preemptive beg. If it's going to be this for another month, he should just wagequit it. But he won't, because he likes it, and there was a totally organic tip war once...
I also like the ambiguity of 'change that'.
 
Im sorry, I didn't catch any of the past few pages. I was fantasizing about DSP blowing his brains out like Lowtax.

Wow, he actually showed an emotion besides contempt, depravity, and fear. I'd call this personal growth if he actually was a person.

It’s fucking hilarious how Phil legitimately believes the success of his “business” depends so heavily on the games he plays. What a stupid bitch. Phil, people watch content creators because of their personalities (which is why Phil’s “career” has been on a decline since it’s brief peak a decade ago). No one gives a shit about the games.

its a combination and could depend on a few things. a Video game player that kicks absolute ass, doesnt need a personality. its interesting just watching them play.
some people watch streamers play 1 game only. Like Fifa and NBA 2K
