Again, I really think that the defense should argue very strongly against any mention of provocation in the closing. A lot hinges on their motions tomorrow, and their closing. They really need to have a perfect closing that is punchy, memorable and smooth. I cannot have Richards fuck it up, so I think 47 should give it, and they need to hammer home that all these events happened in three minutes. In three minutes Kyle had to defend himself from no less than four attempts on his life, and he only survived thanks to the grace of God more or less. They need to really drive that point home - I'm so pissed that they didn't use Dr. Black to really bring that to bear, I fucking hate Richards for the shit way he's presented information.
