Here's what I want to know.

Is the City of Kenosha too incompetent to draw a straight line on the road, or is that direct evidence that the zooming function is not reliable?
Looks kind of like warping to me.

Like that area was manipulated.

It's like when fatties try to catfish and the stretching becomes abundantly obvious.

But maybe I'm being a conspiracy theorist lmao

"To issue a warrant now for a defendant who has appeared at every hearing, I'd be breaking the law, and I'm not going to do it," Schroeder stated.
...
Judge Bruce Schroeder has demonstrated on multiple occasions that he is not fit to make fair judgements on this case. His continual insistence that Rittenhouse be allowed to walk free shows that he puts no value in the safety of the public.

Judge: "He's followed every order I've given: it's literally illegal for me to warrant his arrest."

Swarming Gang of Morons: "The judge is Hyper-Satan-Hitler! UH-REEEE!!!!"

So, there are 50 some odd new pages since I was here two hours ago. Instead of trawling through all that, can someone just quote me with what was decided? I figured closing arguments are tomorrow, but did the judge really let the lawyer bully him into finish this shit on Monday?
The allowed in a blurry photo that looks like Kyle may have had a rifle at high ready.

They are trying to portray a pedophile as a hero that was trying to stop a person attempting to shoot another person with a gun.

Honestly, they added some degree to the possibility Pedobaum trying to be a hero but it does not outweigh his aggressive behavior throughout the night.

What is to be remembered is that we are not deciding if Pedobaum could have been a hero.

We are deciding if Kyle murdered Pedobaum and the persons that followed and wounded a communist.

Of concern is the charge of endangering McGinnis. The defense left that in the air but if the Pedobaum shoot is its difficult but not impossible to find the Kyle guilty of Reckless Endangerment.

Judge wanted a time limit on closing arguments if one could be agreed upon, suggesting 90min each. Binger said he'd need at least 2 hours just for closing and undetermined for rebuttal. Jury won't be back till Monday, using tomorrow for bench shit.

I don't think these people quite realise what a break down of court justice entails and how it will work out very very badly for themselves if they do this. If one side decides it just doesn't accept court decisions and takes matters into their own hands so will the other.

They think it will work out for them. Given they have the FBI, CIA, and military leadership on their side it's a reasonable thought.

They have no capacity to understand this.

It's the same reason why leftists try to get around things like first amendment protections - they can't imagine the precedent allowing their political opposition to use it against them someday.
